Ordered beach club sandwich. Literally has ONE slice of turkey. I recommend anyone order from another location or another sandwich shop. read more

Jimmy John's - Sandwiches Near Me - Harlingen, Texas

Oh, what a feast this was, if you're a bird! For the price, I thought I was buying a sandwich, not a bread display with a meat garnish. The few lonely slices hiding inside looked like they were on vacation from the rest of the deli. If you're into paying premium prices for air between bread, this is the gourmet experience for you. read more

Love Jimmy John's have my app on the phone so I can order quickly the only problem with the app sometimes it doesn't work that well but we do like the food and it's usually perfect when we arrive to get it read more

Well, they certainly live up to their claim of "freaky fast" because my sandwich was made and wrapped before I'd even finished paying. I guess they are able to do that because each sandwich is made a certain way. It looks like you can make special requests, but I decided to try it as advertised. My #5 (Italian something) came with a mound of finely shredded iceberg lettuce, a few tomato slices and some vinaigrette dressing. I guess I've been horribly spoiled by subway because I kept thinking it would be way better toasted and with different toppings. The mound of iceberg just didn't do it for me. What I did like was the extra two inches (8" vs Subway's 6"). Any woman can vouch for the fact that size matters, but in this case it was just two more inches of bland. I may try this again, but would definitely make some special requests. read more

My sandwich was awesome. The bread was fresh, and the meat tastes fresh and much better than your regular processed meats. Loved my sandwich. It was also huge! Sorry no picture I was starving. read more

Can't trust management. Was told by the manager that he would record my issue and give me a discount on my next visit. He failed to record it. Wouldn't take my word for it. It's not about the discount now. Even wrote comments to corporate for at least an apology from them or the manager. Been about a week. Crickets. read more

Being new to the area Im struggling with finding good food. But, Jimmy John's is a recent new favorite. I became a member of their club and got an amazing free sandwich but, the best part was the customer service was wonderful. She was patient and kind and made a great suggestion. The restaurant and restroom was clean! read more

Good customer service for a sandwich shop. A bit pricey, around $10 minimum for sandwich, drink, chips combo. They are fast with making the sandwiches. Would recommend this location. I've had sandwiches from Jimmy Johns before but in different metro cities. read more

I love the #12 with extra extra sprouts. The service is great and sometimes the food takes a bit to come out but nothing bad. It's always clean and yes even the bathrooms. It's a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. read more

Great tasting sandwiches. The only problem is that it's a bit pricey. Not too many of them in The Valley, though.

You get 4 stars from me on a sub/hoagie type sandwich and that is saying a lot. I personally make what is the best hoagie on the planet and can teach Jimmy John's a thing or two about how to do it properly. An authentic hoagie is a 10-star sandwich, not 5-stars. By that measure, the sandwich I ordered was about a 7-star. I expected to received something similar to the ABOMINATION that is Subway. Why is Subway even still in business they are absolute garbage? I got much more than that with Jimmy John's though. This was actually edible. They would have gotten 8 stars had they simply used the correct bread. Every hoagie starts out with the correct bread. A sub/hoagie is always made with Italian bread' not of this French crap. Everybody from the Philly/Jersey area knows this. So how come JJ's don't? You're claiming to be authentic east coast sub/hoagie and start with the wrong bread?? Preferably you use Amorosa's Italian rolls. Might want to go look that up they are huge. No excuse for not knowing that. Not overlooking the French they used (wrong bread is huge!), but the sandwich was still tolerable. You should also include an option for crushed red pepper (like on pizza) which turns an ordinary hoagie into something epic. I added this myself at home. Had I not done so JJ's would have received a failing grade. One can only tolerate so much. Be mindful how you cut your lettuce, your tomatoes, and your onions. Lettuce and onions must be shredded at all times sort of like the appearance of stringy straw or hay. The veggies must be very thin so it does not even require chewing. The tomato slices must be cut all with the same thin thickness and the slices must all be of approximately the same and correct diameter as to enhance the aesthetics of the overall sandwich. Your mayonnaise is always to be spread on the inner roll itself before anything else and it is to be spread evenly and thinly. None of this squirting of mayonnaise out of a bottle all over the bread like Subway does clearly demonstrating they don't care about the making of the product oe it's presentation in doing that. In Philly we take our hoagies very seriously. This was not a bad effort for what are amateurs though. I'd order from this place again if I were hungry. read more

I was in the mood for a sandwich and figured I'd give Jimmy John's a try. It was crunch time and I needed quick food, so their drive-thru came in handy today. Anyway, I went for the no. 9, which is an Italian sub. The combo comes with your choice of chips (jalapeno ones are awesome) and a drink. The sub itself was OK. I wasn't a fan of the bread and its texture. They offer a 16inch sub that I may have to try if I ever return, as I want to see if I can finish it in one sitting. The service from the employees as great. They offered their help as I sat at the drive-thru reading their options for the first time. While I did not love the place, I surely prefer it over Subway but not over Quizno's or Jason's Deli. read more

You can never go wrong with a Jimmy John's sub. I went opening day and was not disappointed. Their bread really makes the sandwich. Top it all off with fresh ingredients and you've got yourself a mouth watering delicious sub. I'm so glad we finally got a Jimmy Johns down here it will be my go to sub shop! read more
