It tastes like every other casual fast food place. The fries here taste a mix of bacon and fries, which threw me off so much. 4.5/10 Ambiance: it was okay. Seating was of an office building, there isn't too much seating. Lot of wasted space. 3/10 Price. TOO EXPENSIVE. We had 3 orders of burgers with fries and 1 other of mac n' cheese with a sandwich. YOU EXPECT ME TO BELIEVE THAT COSTS $119?! THIS IS A RIPOFF FOR MID FOOD. 1/5 Total: 16/35

Okay, hear me out!…read more I can't believe my eyes (or my taste buds!). Taco Bell has been my favorite fast-food restaurant my entire life, and having grown up in Phoenix, AZ, I always had one around the corner. When I moved here 6 years ago, I was so disappointed at the service, the quality of the food, and the rude staff, especially since this was the only location for me to get my Taco Bell fix. Did I continue eating there? Yes, but not happily. Now, I don't know what has happened the last few months, but this location has done a complete 180° turn. Whether I order inside, through the drive thru, or via Door Dash, my food has not only been amazing (and consistently so!), but the service and staff has been as well! Usually, my food items are just thrown recklessly into my bag, but now they've been neatly organized. My drinks wouldn't be filled all the way, now they are. The potatoes hard, taco shells soggy, and chips stale - but no more! The icing on the top was during my visit the other day: the drive thru attendant told me to have a good day after getting my food, for the first time ever in 6 years!! Whoever the manager is of this location, your business/management strategy does not go unnoticed.
