They reached out after I completed a survey and they said they were "putting money in my account." After multiple follow ups, nothing! My son is 23 and has worked at Jimmy John's for 3 years. He's been a dedicated employee, riding his bike through the snow and rain and heat to get there. He's missed many family functions so he can keep his work obligations. Tragically, his little sister passed away suddenly on 2/4/23 and when my son asked for a few days off for family and bereavement, they fired him VIA SNAPCHAT. He was told he "could use this time off to find a new job". I understand the At Will employment rules, but this is horrific treatment of a dedicated employee during a family tragedy. Rest assured this will not go unnoticed. You should be ashamed of yourselves. read more

Locals, please DO NOT support this location! The manager here fired one of her staff when he requested bereavement time after his sister unexpectedly passed away. No notice, no warnings, no reason given. What's worse, she fired him over SNAPCHAT, which is incredibly unprofessional. I don't know if Jimmy John's sanctions this kind of behavior or not, but until some action is taken, it certainly appears that they are fine with it. I kept giving this place chances, despite their continued delivery screwups. But this is too big, and too disgusting, for me to overlook. read more

The staff are pleasant and they get orders right for the most part (got a wrong flavored chip this weekend and didn't check before leaving). I love the sandwiches. The gargantuan and turkey toms are my favorite. I wish they had the sprouts back but was told that was a corporate health decision. I don't go there as much because of it's location but do enjoy it. My friend and I stopped in last night for some dinner before we headed to the beach. Immediately we were both greeted by nearly every employee. Nothing says 'eat here!' quite like that! We placed our orders- #9 and #11. By the time my friend paid for our meals, our subs were already made and ready to go with a bag and a bunch of napkins. Impressive. My #11- the Country Club- was made perfectly. Soft french bread, no tomato. Fresh lettuce,. Perfect amount of ham and turkey. Usually the Jimmy John's near me always have too much of one. Perhaps the sandwich maker knew I wanted extra mayo without mentioning it because it was loaded with mayo and I couldn't be more pleased. I'll definitely be back when i'm in the area. Wish I could give 0 stars. The manager fired a dedicated employee that has been there for years. She fired him over Snapchat when he asked for a few days off because his little sister passed away. If she has no care for her employees, do you trust her to have any care for her work? Do you trust her to be sure the place is safe and sanitary? Did an order through the Jimmy John's app at 10:30am. wanted it delivered at 12:45p for lunch. At 1:15pm no sub. I pulled up the app and it shows that the delivery was made. I called the store. They started checking, then they needed to call the delivery guy, because he had my sandwich. After 10min on hold I hung up and called back. New person answers the phone, I explain what happened. I asked if they got in touch with the delivery guy. He was the delivery guy. I asked what happened. He said "that isn't really important is it, we will remake your order." I didn't want this guy anywhere near my food. I asked to cancel the order, he said he would and it will take 3 to 5 days (due to debit card). Fine, can I speak with a supervisor please? He said "No thanks" and hung up on me. I then left work and drove to the shop. I spoke with a supervisor, nothing done except me getting a receipt for the refund. Lousy customer service. NO APOLOGY, NO OFFER TO CORRECT. I went a mile down the road to Jersey Mikes, and got my lunch. read more

I met a friend here for lunch on Tuesday 8/12/14. I do love me some J.J's when I'm in MI. Their french bread is always fresh tasting. I went w/ the #4 Turkey Tom & added sprouts, cucumber, hot peppers, and onion. I was happy w/ my choice. Their fountain diet Coke is quite tasty so I made sure to get my fill. The place is clean including the bathroom. The employees seemed friendly and the line moved quickly- we were their at 11:30 and they handled their lunch rush well. read more

I give this location a NEGITIVE 0 rating if possibly, Visited this location on Sunday, Father's Day. This was the worst service I have ever experienced. Staff which was 2 females were discussing closing the business early because they didn't feel like working. We ordered subs which were made improperly because the staff did not maintain to keep the line stocked with the ingredients. The girl argued with my mother about Scraping the avocado from the bottom of the tub and told us there was no more because the other bag was frozen which they put in the over to defrost. Plastic in the oven. I will be contacting the chain to discuss the employees they have employed which were extremely rude and simply lacked customer service. read more
