Usually, Jets is my go-to pizza for a great pizza. The choice is simpler, however, works well with a few different tastes when sharing with friends which is what we did. Two large deep dish square pizzas, mushrooms, pepperoni, extra cheese, and garlic crust. The pizzas went bad with the garlic crust choice. I thought the garlic crust was some garlic put in the dough and then cooked in the crust. What we had on both pizzas was garlic seasoning being liberally placed over the entire pizzas. The consensus was the garlic overwhelmed the pizza. Out of six people all six gave the pizzas a thumbs down. I will still purchase my Jets pizzas in the future however not with any type of crust. + excellent pizza every time - a little pricey, cinnamon sticks were too hard Whenever I'm in Port Huron I stop by this place. Yesterday I ordered a large with two toppings and a cinnamon sticks, $16.00. Not cheap, but the pizza is consistently made well. it was ready to pick up in 15 minutes. Nice and chewy crust with lots of toppings. One of the best pizzas around. The cinnamon sticks were pretty hard. I'm not sure they are supposed to be like that. I'll have to try them at a different location. Staff here are usually friendly, but the girly hot pink girl I got at the counter last night was not the friendliest. read more

Ordered this pizza and was told it would arrive by 5:45, I just happened to look out the front door at 5:40 and it was just sitting on the porch, no one knocked on door or rang the lighted door bell, Pizza was only warm and to tell you the truth tasted like crap, for $43 I expect better, won't order from this location again read more

I've been a jets pizza lover from the moment I tasted their pizza. More importantly being their #1 FAN of the Ranch Dressing. But the last three takeout orders asking for a fresh antipasto salad without tomatoes I have gotten day old+ and they just remove the tomatoes. For one it grosses me out that they open the container to take items off. For another you can tell where the tomatoes were and the lettuce is slimy from the meat sitting for a day or more. Jets is definitely one of my favorite chain pizza places. Their squares are greasy delicious! This particular Jets has had some issues. We have had undercooked pizzas a couple times. When we complained they said they'd give us a dollar off the next pizza. Big Whoop! We had to put the $10 pizza we already bought back in the oven to finish it. Two separate times we have found dark and curlies in our pizza and the last time was the last straw, we've instituted a ban on this place. Probably healthier for us anyway, cause we ate there too frequently, but now we're pretty much grossed out by the thought of it. read more

DISGUSTING customer service!! Staying at hotel. Front desk referred this NASTY pizza place to me over ALL OTHERS!! Ordered online and was told by the Manager that evidently cheese WASN'T selected!! WTF!! I selected extra toppings and even cheese but SURPRISE.. it wasn't on the pizza!! I NEVER got an email confirmation either. This crappy pizza cost me just under $23.00 and the rudeness was even worse!! I asked if I could buy some cheese to put it on myself and he refused!! I picked up an salad from Jets on Pine Grove in Port Huron Mi. I paid $9 for this salad that had very little meat and cheese on it. It was mostly iceberg lettuce. I call to say how disappointed I was by the quality of the salad ( which I have gotten many times) and was told by the manager that they would give me a $2 credit it for next time. This salad was so bad it should have been replaced. I would not ever by a salad from here again and wonder if their quality on everything has gone down! read more

The food was great. The "Detroit style" deep dish was great. Being from the Chicago area, I was originally skeptical of this pizza but it was real good. My son got a hand tossed pizza that was good as well. We got a couple orders of wings that were great. We had a group of about 10 who ordered delivery while staying a 1/2 mile away in a hotel. We were delighted with the food and the delivery. They originally told us 45 minutes and it was there within 35 minutes. The order was correct and the lady who answered their phone actually helped us with coupons to make sure we got the best price available. read more

My family and I frequent this jets pizza location almost weekly. The last few times we have ordered, there have been simple mistakes we have looked past (wrong topping, wrong food altogether, missing sauces, etc). I am getting married in October and started this Keto diet. For my cheat day, I wanted pizza toppings. My husband ordered New York style pizza and added extra cheese and toppings for me. The pizza arrived deep dish with little-to-no cheese. So, we called to let the manager know. He couldn't have cared less. Didn't offer to take care of us...didn't offer a new pizza....nothing. He more-or-less argued with my husband. He was so mad, he told the manager we would no longer be customers. The manager said "Sorry to hear that" and hung up. I called back and got another associate. I asked for the corporate number, this male associate said "Um...google it...I don't have it". I asked for the manager....the male associate said "sorry, no...he's busy" and hung up. I am disgusted and so disappointed in Jets. My "Family Night" will have to include papa Johns or little cesars from now on. WONT be Jets. read more
