It was also left at the wrong location (back slider instead of the front door as instructed), so it sat outside for an extended period. By the time we found it, the food wasn't usable. When I called the store, they refused a refund unless I physically returned the food, which isn't reasonable for a delivery error. This was a failed delivery from start to finish. Went here for dinner with my wife since neither one of us wanted to cook, but we needed something both filling and on the affordable side, well this fit the bill just fine. We got a Gargantuan and a #11 with cokes, salt and vinegar chips, a classic (besides the best the #9). The drive through staff was fast and like always made the food super quick and to order. The gentleman at the register was more than willing to toast my sub. Then another gentleman perhaps the manager was not willing to do so. As many other locations have had zero problem toasting my sub even the app allows original subs to be toasted. I love Jimmy John's. This was not my best experience. It was apparently a very slow day - all three employees were sprawled out in booths when I walked in. They went behind the counter and were semi friendly. Of course my sub was made quickly, but it was not up to normal JJ's standard. Honestly, it was the bread, which is like the best part of Jimmy's. The employee named Myles is super helpful. He always is nice and explains everything super well. When I eat inside he asks if everything is tasting ok and if I need anything. I always see him working hard but also helping customers. He is awesome at customer service. He tells every customer to have a good day. He is fast and efficient and my food is never wrong. I overhear other customers saying how he is so nice and how they are satisfied. This man deserves much praise. He gets along with all his coworkers very well. I've ordered delivery here at LEAST five times, and not a single time has anything gone wrong. They are INCREDIBLY fast here. Very prompt and very friendly. I think there has only been one time where a delivery driver has been curt with me; but not in a rude way. He was quiet and expectant, and was likely just busy and rushed. Every other delivery driver was very kind, outspoken, and extremely friendly toward me and my overexcited dog that would meet them at the door. I've had regular orders and I've even had customized orders on occasion. They've never missed a single sandwich detail or side order. Not even a napkin has ever been out of place! I think the only time I can recall a "mistake" was when they forgot to cut my sandwich in half, despite my request for it. Oh, boo-hoo to me! I'll never be able to eat my sandwich now! Haha! I have almost been hit by 3 of the drivers for this location. They don't care about others when they are driving through a residential area.

I have heard so much bad stuff about this place. Orders not being correct when they are delivered. Up charges to peoples accounts that they didn't sign for. Kind of disappointed. I ignored all those comments from others and decided to try this for myself. In the end there was an up charge on my account that was not on my receipt. Not sure how this happened! Watch your receipts and banks accounts people someone is not doing there job correctly. Besides the up charge the bread was hard as a rock....I could not even eat it. I had to pick most of the bread apart so I could enjoy what was left of my sub. read more
