Ordered delivery and it was marked as "delivered" well before it actually arrived. It was also left at the wrong location (back slider instead of the front door as instructed), so it sat outside for an extended period. By the time we found it, the food wasn't usable. When I called the store, they refused a refund unless I physically returned the food, which isn't reasonable for a delivery error. This was a failed delivery from start to finish. Would not recommend delivery from this location. read more

Went here for dinner with my wife since neither one of us wanted to cook, but we needed something both filling and on the affordable side, well this fit the bill just fine. We got a Gargantuan and a #11 with cokes, salt and vinegar chips, a classic (besides the best the #9). The drive through staff was fast and like always made the food super quick and to order. It's a smaller location so I've never checked out the indoors, but from what I've seen it's clean and well maintained. read more

I love Jimmy John's. This was not my best experience. It was apparently a very slow day - all three employees were sprawled out in booths when I walked in. They went behind the counter and were semi friendly. Of course my sub was made quickly, but it was not up to normal JJ's standard. Honestly, it was the bread, which is like the best part of Jimmy's. It tasted like it was from yesterday... Or maybe two days ago. Just not good. The rest of the sandwich tasted fine, but my stomach was not happy the rest of the day. read more

The gentleman at the register was more than willing to toast my sub. Then another gentleman perhaps the manager was not willing to do so. As many other locations have had zero problem toasting my sub even the app allows original subs to be toasted. Horrible leadership needs to be changed SHAKE MY HEAD "my 16 inch was not cut either nor was I asked. read more

I just stopped for my lunch break and I had a giant slim ham and cheese. Their bread was perfect, the meat and cheese was good and most importantly the workers were amazing. Definitely a good pit stop read more

The employee named Myles is super helpful. He always is nice and explains everything super well. When I eat inside he asks if everything is tasting ok and if I need anything. I always see him working hard but also helping customers. He is awesome at customer service. He tells every customer to have a good day. He is fast and efficient and my food is never wrong. I overhear other customers saying how he is so nice and how they are satisfied. This man deserves much praise. He gets along with all his coworkers very well. He is just an exceedingly, excellent worker. read more

This place is the best. They never mess up my order and I always receive everything I order. I have a somewhat specific order and the employees have begun to recognize me when I come through the drive thru. They even gave me a nickname. Fast and accurate, the way it should be everywhere. read more

my boyfriend has been violently throwing up and going to the bathroom since eating at Jimmy John's. Do not recommend this location at all unless food poisoning is what you are craving for lunch. read more

Not much else to say about this place besides, Freaky Fast. I was in the mood for something fast and delicious. JJ's delivered. It's your classic service with a smile. You're in and you're out, no funny business. Overall, great experience. I will for sure be making a return visit. read more

Obviously it's a chain but they have fast and friendly service. I ordered online for delivery for my hotel room and they were quick and brought me napkins and condiments. I like when chain restaurants make an effort to go the extra mile. read more

I've ordered delivery here at LEAST five times, and not a single time has anything gone wrong. They are INCREDIBLY fast here. Very prompt and very friendly. I think there has only been one time where a delivery driver has been curt with me; but not in a rude way. He was quiet and expectant, and was likely just busy and rushed. Every other delivery driver was very kind, outspoken, and extremely friendly toward me and my overexcited dog that would meet them at the door. I've had regular orders and I've even had customized orders on occasion. They've never missed a single sandwich detail or side order. Not even a napkin has ever been out of place! I think the only time I can recall a "mistake" was when they forgot to cut my sandwich in half, despite my request for it. Oh, boo-hoo to me! I'll never be able to eat my sandwich now! Haha! (Too bad there really are people like that, though, huh?) Seriously, they do great work here, and I will continue to enthusiastically give them my business. Keep up the great work! read more

I Haven't Ever Had A Bad Experience With This Location Also If Something Ever Messed Up They Definitely Make Up For It Thanks Y'all‼

Sandwich? Good. Delivery guy? Hot as balls. Was he fast? You bet your sweet bottom he was. read more

More like Jimmy's Dongs! Who wants a dong for lunch! Do not eat at this restaurant they also always get there orders wrong

The staff here are pretty cool. I mostly order for delivery from this location. They always get to my work quickly and don't mess up my order. The location itself is clean but the music is so loud inside I can hear the people behind the counter talk to me. read more

Fast, decent, but don't customize your sandwich and expect it to be right. They try to move so quickly that they seem to miss your special order at all JJ locations. read more

They give you the hookup when you go there. It really fits their slogan we have the meats. I like the Giant Gargantuan. Bit redundant of a name, but Jimmy John seems like he has a witty sense of humor. read more

My delivery girl was a little rude, she told me that if I wanted my sandwich to be delivered at a certain time I need to say it because they don't have time to wait for ten minutes for us to walk down. She could've been more polite. definitely didn't deserve a tip but still gave her one. read more

I have almost been hit by 3 of the drivers for this location. They don't care about others when they are driving through a residential area.

I have heard so much bad stuff about this place. Orders not being correct when they are delivered. Up charges to peoples accounts that they didn't sign for. Kind of disappointed. I ignored all those comments from others and decided to try this for myself. In the end there was an up charge on my account that was not on my receipt. Not sure how this happened! Watch your receipts and banks accounts people someone is not doing there job correctly. Besides the up charge the bread was hard as a rock....I could not even eat it. I had to pick most of the bread apart so I could enjoy what was left of my sub. read more
