The service at this location was terrible. They managed to get a very simple order wrong and proceeded to argue with me rather than fix the issue. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was informed that the person who was arguing with me was actually the manager - shocking. Addon Jackson, I hope you learn managerial skills. Not very attentive to the tickets, as someone who worked in a chain sandwich shop, reading tickets is very easy. However, when i picked up my sandwich it was toasted, no chips in my bag, and had to go back in to get it toasted. Looked at me like i was the problem. Not very nice. read more

I've ordered here a bunch of times and I waited way too long for my order. I ordered at 12:17 got my food at 1:05 and I didn't receive my whole order missing chips! I called explained my frustrations and y'all don't have a delivery driver not my problem that's yours two guy hung up on me after I said whatever credit the chips back he hangs up does not say sorry about that does not say have a good day just hangs up! Workers are extremely rude. Toilet wouldn't flush and I got scolded for seriously 5 minutes about not flushing even though I told them it wouldn't flush. Also informed them there were no towels in the bathroom and they told me oh well. I informed them that they work in customer service and that is not how you treat people and they're just being rude. They kept arguing with me about the toilet. I went back to the bathroom, kept twisting the handle around and it eventually flushed but then water started coming out of the pipe all over the place. Yeah the friendliness and cleanliness has went out the door since the founder sold the business. At all of the stores you use to be greeted at the door or at the very least at the register with a warm hello. At the store in Baraboo the guy that gave me my sandwich called me bud, I'm not your bud I'm your customer. When I said thank they said uh huh. The proper response is your welcome. The one in lake Delton has a trash can on display with food stuck on wall of the serving table. Same piece of lettuce has been there every-time I've gone. read more

Order some sandwiches for delivery to our hotel! Super excited that they delivered to our room that we where staying! The sandwiches where on point and they where super fast! The kids love them and their was no mistakes made! The person that answer the phone, was nice and he repeated the order back to make sure everything was accurate! Hands down by a mile, the worst Jimmy John's that I've ever been to. If it had been my first visit, I would never try Jimmy John's, again. Bread was over baked, hard, and dry. I'm wondering if it was day old bread or just sat on the counter all day, drying out? Sad because the bread is usually the best part. I ordered the Tom Turkey and there was next to no Mayo, on a giant sandwich, there was a single thickness layer of turkey, a little tomato, and a small amount of lettuce. It was not worth $16... not even $5. I will never return to this location. Total rip off. read more

I downloaded Yelp just so I could warn people how awful this place is. I'm a repeat customer because I live near by and appreciate the option of delivery. On three separate occasions they forgot to add bacon on my sandwich and charged me for it anyways. Each time I called in to complain they said they would give me a free chip bag coupon.. I don't eat chips?? THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WILL EVER BE ORDERING THERE! Today they forgot to put chicken in a chicken Cesar wrap??? I don't know what is going on over there but I would highly recommend ordering from absolutely any other jimmy johns. This place is an absolute embarrassment to the restaurant chain as a whole. They ran out of bread for the small subs and they refused to cut the larger bread for my 9 year old to have a kids size sub.

Don't go to this Jimmy John's, it's the worst ran one I've seen. I gave them three tries, all three times were bad. Try 1 they turned away a guy looking for a job and then proceeded to turn away customers because they were understaffed. Try 2 I went in thinking at was closed because all the chairs were up 45 minutes before they actually close just to go in and have them tell me they are out of cheese and almost all meats. Try 3 I went in to wait in line for 15 minutes just to find out they're out of normal bread. I've personally worked at Jimmy John's and none of this should've ever happened, they have things in place to prevent things like this. It's pretty embarrassing to be honest, when 3 16 year old can run a store better then 4 adults. read more

Came with 2 of my friends around noon. They were slightly busy but apparently were running very low on bread, even though we could see 40+ loaves. A lady told everyone very rudely she didn't know if she had enough for all of us, and refused to help anyone. We went to the pizza place next door and had wonderful service there! read more

Good food, but VERY EXPENSIVE. Never have I eaten at a sub shop and had the price double upon completion of my order. There are no "meal deals," cheese is extra, and chips and soda are an additional 1.99 each. And you have to ask for napkins. I don't know if this price hike is because it's in a tourist town, but this local won't be back. read more
