I was originally going to let this entire negative experience go and move on without writing a review. However, I just received official notification that my driveway expansion was completely omitted from the plans provided to me, forcing me to do additional leg work and pay additional fees to correct their mistake. This final act of negligence was the absolute last straw, and I feel obligated to warn other homeowners. -Predatory High-Pressure Sales: The sales representatives rushed us into home improvement decisions without allowing us time to finalize the design we actually wanted. They arrived early in the morning and refused to leave our home until almost midnight for two consecutive days until they wore us down and we finally agreed to their terms. Furthermore, they dismissed our design requests as "not ideal," which we later discovered was a calculated tactic to minimize material costs and maximize their own profit margins. We are highly unsatisfied with the final work. -Extreme Overpricing: After the project was completed, we had independent, licensed contractors inspect the work. We were informed that we paid significantly above market value for the quality of work received. We were completely taken advantage of financially.HOA -Submission Negligence & False Promises: Our project manager, Noah, repeatedly assured us that his team would handle all HOA approvals and submit the necessary plans. He failed to do so. Weeks after the project was completed, nothing had been submitted. When confronted, Noah dismissed our concerns, stating, "We do these projects a lot, the HOA doesn't care, don't worry about them." Knowing this was false, I had to repeatedly demand the plans to submit them myself. -The Final Straw (The Driveway Omission). Even getting the plans from Noah took forever. When I finally received the notification regarding my HOA submission, I discovered he had completely omitted our driveway expansion from the plans. Because of this negligence, I am now forced to submit a separate request to my HOA, do additional leg work using my own time and pay an additional fees out-of-pocket fee to correct their mistake. Bottom Line: Because of this stressful, predatory, and financially damaging experience, we have instituted a strict "no solicitors" policy at our home. We do not trust this company, and we will absolutely never recommend Good Leaf.

In the beginning, Moses came to provide an estimate regarding concrete at our property. He was giving conflicting prices and I did not feel comfortable with his customer service. He felt very pushy to make a sale. Although I was hesitant, we ended up proceeding with the concrete installation and signed the contract on a Sunday. Four days had gone by and absolutely nothing was started at our property. We contacted Moses who always seemed to be in a "meeting" and was giving conflicting information. Moses stated the concrete workers would arrive between 7 am to 10 am. We waited at home and at 11 am there were still no workers. We contacted Moses who stated the workers would arrive by 12 pm. The worker finally arrived, and it was one guy working by himself. He worked for 3 hours then left, no communication and our yard looked like a mess. We immediately called Moses and were confused by the lack of communication. Moses stated the workers were done for the day and would be back the following morning, Friday at 7 am. We tried to be patient however on Friday, the same thing happened. We were up at 7 am expecting workers to arrive however the hours went by and then it was 11 am, still no workers. We contacted Moses again who then informed us they had to fire the current concrete workers and hire new ones. We were so confused and frustrated at the lack of communication. I asked when the new workers would arrive and Moses stated the following week because they don't work on weekends. The following week I spoke to Moses directly in person and he appeared to be annoyed I was talking to him. I called him out on his body language and rude demeanor which was unprofessional. Moses said he was trying to make it right but I was under the impression he couldn't care less what I had to say. From when we signed the contract to when the project was completed, which was a concrete slab in the backyard and minor drive way extension, was approximately 3 weeks. The amount of time it took to complete was insane to me because we didn't even have a large project request. I would never work with this company again and would not recommend them. They just want to make money and make a sale.
