I guess they could tell from the photos that the faucet had failed, so they showed up with a new faucet (matching the one we had installed as closely as possible) the very next day and installed it and didn't charge us a penny. Yes, you read that right, they installed a brand new faucet at no charge to us AND the problem wasn't even with the original installation it was the faucet itself that had failed. Honestly, I was a little confused when I heard a new faucet was being installed, and I didn't really believe it until it was a done deal, because who does that?
