Unfortunately not a good experience for me. Hired this…read morecompany to pressure wash and seal my driveway at the end of July. The guys were hard workers, I had a lot of weeds on the driveway and it took them 2 days of pressure washing. The day the driveway was sealed, it down poured about 15 minutes after the completed the job. Naturally, I was concerned the sealant wouldn't have had time to set and reached out to the company. They assured me it was ok. 6 weeks later and my driveway looks like it was never treated. Very disappointed in the results, I might as well have set $3k on fire. Reached out to the company via email first and was ignored, finally got in touch with them via phone after several attempts and was told there was nothing they can do and encouraged me to now pay for a weed removal team. I understand the rain was unfortunate but I feel that the company could have done more to make sure I had quality results instead of dismiss my concerns when I immediately reached out. Very disappointed and I feel like it was a complete waste of money. They were hard workers while they were out there, and that is the reason I am giving them any stars to be honest. Unfortunately I do not recommend this company.

Zero stars if Yelp allowed it. Cleanfreshness.com advertises dirt-cheap carpet cleaning ($59 for 2…read morerooms) with "professional" results and 100% satisfaction guarantee. Total lie. Booked for urgent sick-dog messes (vomit + feces) on upstairs carpet in Longmont. Tech shows up, jacks price to $400--hundreds over any ad. I let him start. He bangs heavy machine up/down stairs like he's wrecking the place, then slams it into my wall, gouging out drywall chunk + debris everywhere. No apology. Shrugs: "Home Depot, $10 supplies." Yeah, right--mocking the real hassle while refusing to fix his mess. Work? Pathetic. Spots half-cleaned, feces traces left, odor lingering. Point it out--he grabs spray bottle/rag, scrubs harder... grinding stains deeper into carpet. Made it WORSE. Refused $400 rip-off. Paid only $100 for the minimal damage he did. He stormed off furious, banging equipment into his vehicle like a toddler. This company is a bait-and-switch nightmare: low ads to lure you, massive upcharges, incompetent work that ruins your stuff, property damage with zero accountability, rude attitude. Their fake-perfect site reviews? Laughable. BBB/Reddit/Yelp full of similar horror stories--scams, broken promises, no recourse. AVOID CLEANFRESHNESS.COM AT ALL COSTS. Especially pet messes in Longmont/Boulder. Choose real local pros with actual reviews. I got screwed--don't let it happen to you.
