I contacted Mr. Thomas Mason per a posted advertisement on a property he had supposedly listed. I…read morefound him gracious but difficult to contact. After several requests he walked us through the property of interest. He claimed the house ready for sale and almost immediate delivery (no more than a month due current tenants). In the course of touring the house I found it strange that he only pointed out it's negative aspects. I informed Mr. Mason we would get back with him in 48 hours. He failed to return phone calls. When he did answer he stated, "I did not know it was you, or would not of picked up the phone." Taken aback I asked, "Where is this coming from?" He replied, "We are not a good fit." I asked him to explain. We had only just met and spoken maybe 15 minutes. He responded "I am on an another line, an important call" and hung-up on me. After some research I discovered, and contacted, the properties Foreclosure Trustee and Attorney. I am informed that Mr. Mason is misrepresenting himself and the property is not for sale: it is going up for auction. It appears Mr. Thomas Mason, for reasons apparent only to him, did misrepresent himself and intentionally sought to stall my efforts and divert my attention and serious consideration away from this property.
