They responded to our emergency request immediately saving further damage. They were efficient and extremely friendly. The work was completed on a timely basis with great attention to detail. They left the property completely clean. They do not hire temporary workers so they get quality performance. They do not use nail guns to apply shingles eliminating nails driven through the shingles. We strongly recommend Paitsons to anyone who wants excellent work at a fair price. We started out as customers and ended as friends. Ralph & Georgann Akers

They were very polite, clean and thorough. They actually left to go get more weatherstripping to ensure the door closed well and was airtight. Would recommend this company for quality work.

Mystery water leaking into ceilings was found to be old dormers with old windows and holes/rotten wood on the third story. Another ceiling leak was found to be at the corner of house on 2nd story where wood was the issue again along with guttering. New windows were installed in the dormers on the !! third story which required carrying ladders etc. up to the roof. One worker in particular, Robert Furnas, did extra work that was needed such as painting around the windows which had new wood replaced around the windows themselves due to old age and rot. He worked long hours and was especially polite and helpful. Also, gutters were installed where water was rushing over an area that had none. A porch roof had guttering that didn't work well and guttering was redone; hopefully, after a rain I will no longer have a swimming pool up there and the drains/guttering will work efficiently. Thumbs up to the crew who worked in all kinds of weather conditions, sky high areas, and cleaned up debris before they left.
