    The finished work!

Needed a small wall repair after some water damage and Jim and his team did a quick and clean job. Looks brand new. They also were available for calls and questions unlike some others. Friendly staff and easy to reach, I recommend!

    Funky, dumpy kitchen ceiling.

I'm not kidding when I say that I almost wanted to punch more holes in my walls just to watch Jim Daniels and his crew of drywall sorcerers do their incredible magic. My jaw literally dropped when I saw the results. Where once there was disgusting, now there is majestic. Flawless matching of original textures. My kitchen ceiling is smooth as glass. The most amazing part: NO DUST! Wizard Jim said, "Don't worry, there won't be any dust." I was like, "Yea right - we'll see ..." But with a wave of his magic drywall trowel, everything was done and done perfectly. I was blown away. Magical, high quality at a very fair price. I wholeheartedly recommend Jim and his crew.

What started as a stressful situation turned into a smooth and surprisingly positive experience thanks to this contractor. He handled everything from insulation to drywall repair and repainting, and the quality of the work is outstanding. The drywall looks flawless--you'd never even know there was damage to begin with--and the paint job came out clean, even, and professional throughout the entire area. What really stood out was his attention to detail and communication. He kept me updated every step of the way, showed up on time, and made sure everything was done right, not rushed. He also took the time to protect the surrounding areas and left the space clean when the job was finished, which I really appreciated. If you're in Santa Clarita and need any drywall, insulation, or paint work--especially after something like water damage--I highly recommend him. It's not easy to find someone this reliable and skilled. Definitely someone I would hire again without hesitation.

The project included installing all the drywall, replacing a damaged support beam, painting, and applying epoxy to the floor. I also requested installation of ceiling lights, two new outlets, and a 240V outlet for an EV charger. The project took one and a half weeks to complete. For the price and service, the result is very good. Highly recommended.

I meet with Isaias to show him my 20 inch vent hood. I bought a small one because I wanted to leave as much space on either side for sconces. I ask what is the smallest that the hood could be built. He responds 24-25 inches. I let him know that my left side cabinet is shorter than the right by 1 1/4 inches and that I want the hood centered with the stove. An inch and a quarter won't be super noticeable. I showed him my inspiration photos. Perfect! His quote: "$1400 it's just for Drywall work, framing, textures make it all ready for primer and painting, not painting included" (direct quote from his text message) He shows up with two guys and they get started. They put up plastic and covered everything very well Isaias leaves the two guys there and they do the work. At the end of the day I am told they will be back the next day. I crawl through the plastic and I am looking at the hood. It looks far larger than I was told it would be and it doesn't look centered. I get out my tape measure. It's not centered. It's off by a 1/2 inch. The left side of the hood is also off from what the measurement should be. There should only be 1 1/4 inch difference between the two open sides. The interior hole for the hood is 19 inches. Meanwhile the hood is 20 1/4. The hoods overall width is 28 11/16. More than 4 inches larger than I was promised. I let Isaias know and he says he will come tomorrow to look at it at 8am. He shows up the next day at just after 7am visibly annoyed. I show him the issues. As far as it not being centered he says "it's only 1/2 inch" As far as the overall size he tells me "it's not possible to make it smaller" That's not what I was originally told. He mentioned something about how he has to use two by fours because the hood is 20 pounds. Anything less than that would void his build warranty. Fine. I asked "can you turn the two by fours on their side? To cut down the 4 inches from the width?" He then mentioned something about having to physically cut them down, which I didn't understand and again said the warranty would be voided. I told him I did not want the warranty voided. I just wanted a thinner perimeter around the vent hood. He was finally able to figure it out by doing what I originally suggested
