Nora is so kind and went above and beyond making me feel comfortable leaving my engagement ring with her. She was the only jeweler in town who did not treat me like a dollar sign! Nora explained the whole process to me and even offered to fix a prong on the ring that was a little short for free. Not only that, but when I picked up my ring, she said that if I felt it was still a little big that she would resize it again for me for free.
