I asked for impact, strong verticality and a color pallet that would match my friends big opening at his first hair salon. That is not what was delivered. What was delivered was a 50$ desktop arrangement for a boring "get well" situation. They told me several times how busy they were, so obviously it shows. It shows in a lack of communication and their lack of execution. Lame and boring and ultimately a waste of time. Not to mention my gesture was wasted.

Finally arrived an hour and a half late from the time that was requested. Also wanted light pinks and blues as this was for a baby gender reveal party. I expressly requested specific flowers and colors which were not used! I think they just scrambled to throw something together when both the recipient and I started calling after the time had come and passed! We're out of state and I called on Wednesday for a Saturday at 11:00 am delivery. Also was willing to pay $150! If it wasn't such a special occasion, we wouldn't be so upset about being met with excuses and conflicting explanations!

I took in a small branch and some pictures, I was told it looked like a fungal infection and as the weather go warmer it would resolve itself. The tree lost all it's leave's within a month or so. I again contacted Landscape Gardens, they ask that I email them with pictures, I was again told the tree should come out of it. Now at the end of the summer I took a branch in and they agree it was dead. They explained that I had not purchased the yearly contract for over 100 dollars, but if I did buy it they would replace the tree and give me 25%off of the price to have a new tree planted. I find this unacceptable, Not only do I have a dead tree, but they want me to buy coverage that is more than half the price of a tree, and then pay again for having it planted. I will not be doing business with them again and will go elsewhere for a new tree.
