I paid $450 for the hair and $164 for the service to have them put on. After a couple days I was very unhappy with them because they felt very tight and itchy and some of them were visible. I decided to have them removed. Josie, was very unhappy with my decision. She removed them in a back room. I told her she did a fine job but I just didn't like them and they are uncomfortable. She called me condescending (I wasn't) and said she no longer wants to do my hair and I should find a new stylist. I said to her, well I'm happy you have enough customers that you feel it's okay to cut off a customer. Previously, she would call me friend, and say you're funny, etc. then when she was so mad that I wanted them removed and she couldn't make more money from the hair extensions to be moved up every 6 months, another $150 every time, she no longer wants to do my hair and told me more than once that I am condescending. I was not. I was thinking how much this impulsive action on my part cost me and it was an expensive mistake. I never blamed her. I really felt crapped on. She wasn't even going to wash my hair after she took them out which she had to use some oil product to get them out and she knew I was going on some errands. I told her to wash it out, she carelessly washed and dried it. She then put my hair extensions in a bag. She said I could see someone else there and I said okay how about the girl that works by you and the other stylist said, she's no longer taking new clients. I said oh whatever and left feeling pretty unhappy with how I was treated. That's a joke, they take walk-ins but wouldn't give me the other girls business card. I give them a "F" in customer service! I looked at the extensions at home, she had ruined the tie in ones, they were a mess, I was going to try to sell them or something. Painful experience · Unfriendly atmosphere

I was offered a mimosa while I shopped and appreciated the level of customer service. We're here for you but not going to drown you with questions. I got more of a sense that the gals working cared about you rather than they were working on commission. Very sincere. The decor is relaxing and stylish. It is not overwhelming, very clean and visually appealing. The place is very high end looking but the prices are friendly and affordable. All items I touched or tried on seemed to be great quality. I think I chose about 4 things to try on. While I kept looking the dressing room was set up for me with my clothes. I was told there were a few more items in there for me to check out. I thought this was great and again made me fee really special. Items chosen for me that weren't on the shelves?! Great marketing and attention to the customer. Huge win in my book. I was interested in a bag but wading sure I f it would hold my laptop. The gal went and got hers and tried it out. I decided my wouldn't work but kept going back and forth on the bag. Yes their stuff can get pricey here and there, but they are good at sales so just keep and eye out. The quality of clothes are not only very in style but of high quality. I really like the match mom/daughter clothes and they are a big hit with my family.
