They have such a large and varied assortment of trees, which I thoroughly enjoy seeing. They usually carry are larger choice of trees than what I see there in Watertown. What I also enjoy is chopping it up with the employees here. I know my trees pretty well and they also understand the species, and sub-species; which ones are grafted, spliced, new subspecies and so forth. They also understand which ones handle sub-optimal conditions, which allows for better choice for choosing which trees. What's also a big adder in the decision making process is they also will work with you to throw in some meaningful discounts. All in all, I plan on returning more often and can't wait to see what's new for that season for tree planting.

Home Depot is a great company and this store met almost all my expectations…read more Would've rated this store worse than this if it wasn't due to corporation being great. This store is not on my return list due to them not having any, I repeat ANY, cashiers open. I abhor self checkout for some simple reasons. Primarily putting someone out of work as the self checkouts as they are are only the beginning. Next is that am doing the company's work for them and not getting any tangible benefits. Know am in the minority here but, when an option, ALWAYS spend few extra minutes in long cashier line. BOO ON THIS HOME DEPOT, BOO!

The only thing worth buying at this home depot is Paint. The older gentleman in the paint…read moredepartment is phenomenal and very knowledgeable. Otherwise this location is horrible. The inventory it keeps is ridiculously low and only the items it can sell at retail price point to rip you off. speciality Items ordered online and delivered to the store is the only way to go, else you are better off going to Menards for anything else you need. Do not bother to "special order" any large quantities of construction materials either, because despite what the "Professionals" desk tells you, items unused cannot be returned to the store even if they are in brand new unused, unopened condition. Total scummy operations this store trys to pull to make profits, shame on you Austin Kramer and the guise that you provide little cards with orders with candy attached to try to show you appreciate business, I as a customer have never felt that way by the "rules" this store operates under, I have never had as horrible an experience working with home depot as I have with this location. Even attempting today to pickup online order from the storefront pickup boxes was met with a power trip employee trying to block me from coming in the store 5 minutes early. Despite allowing all the contractors enter to get shopping I was being blocked from walking 5 ft into the man-trap to just pickup a package via locker and leave, when I asked if I could do that and I had no intention of entering the store I was accused of "Getting pissy" - all I did was ask if I could simply retrieve my package from the locker and leave. I should of just walked off and let the item sit to receive a refund, kinda ridiculous only way I could of gotten what I needed from the store at a fair price was to order it online for delivery anyways. Some Ego employee on a power trip decided it was their priority to provide trash customer service by giving me a rough time with a very reasonable request considering the doors where already open. Just stay away from this place its not worth visiting.. unless of course you need paint. Praise the paint department.

We attempted to contact them multiple times to explain that we never asked for nor received service in 2021 but they refused to take a phone call. Now they sent their false bill off to collections. What a weird un-cooperative company. Guess they think they can just claim they provided service and chase down customers to force them to pay for something they did not do nor was requested to do. The fact that they cannot even take a phone call and look into their mistaken billing is a clear indicator of the lack of mores surrounding this business operation. Avoid KB Sprinkler.
