After my last failed effort, I decided I had nothing left to lose. To be honest, I didn't even know if I could be placed under hypnosis but I was willing to try. My weight was back up to 269 pounds, so I called Bobbie to schedule an appointment. During the first session, she explained to me how the mind works and why hypnosis is effective. We also identified my expectations and set some measurable goals. Hypnotherapy didn't occur until the second session. To say it was enjoyable and relaxing would be an understatement. It is difficult to explain the feeling. Following this session, I was provided a recording of her voice to listen to when I sleep to reinforce my subconscious to alter my habits permanently. Results have been tremendous thus far. It's been about two months since our session. I still listen to the recording several times a week.
