Jill has gone above and beyond to help during a stressful time of trying to close on our home loan. We urgently needed help and learned that when you purchase Allstate insurance on the website, you're not assigned to an agent so there's no immediate assistance. Updating my information online, it says it would take 7 days to process, which is too long when we're on a tight deadline for closing. Jill was recommended to me and she has been phenomenal. She's very prompt in answering my questions, making me aware of things I didn't know and going above and beyond in general. My policy isn't even under her, but she still did whatever she could to help get my issue resolved. The person who recommended me to Jill literally said that they've stayed with Allstate just because of the excellent service Jill provides. read more

I had sent Jill a pretty complicated insurance portfolio to quote, and within 24 hours she turned it around and had some really good suggestions on how I could optimize or improve my coverage for little to know out of pocket. She was extremely responsive and would recommend her to anyone. read more

Been with Jill's Allstate for many years now. What I like is as soon as I call they have my information and status up on their computer. I feel like I get good advice from them on how to make the best of my insurance needs. When comparing costs and features they sometimes have had me go outside of Allstate itself. I recommend their personalized service. read more

Jill was recommended to me during our search for home insurance. She is an AllState agent. Jill is very good about answering our questions and making sure all the paper work is done correctly and timely. She is also great about returning calls and emails. I definitely recommend Jill for your insurance needs! read more

VERY bad Service , They canceled my policy didnt tell me about it , many other unprofessional experiences.

Jill was extremely helpful in helping my husband and I get an initial quote for our home insurance. As a first time homebuyer, we were definitely excited but also a bit anxious and stressed - however, Jill took specific time to walk through each of the coverage options and explained what they all meant. It definitely helped out my mind at ease! read more

Payment for car insurance was allegedly declined for late payment but I was charged and never received a refund . Two months later, I discovered my car insurance had lapsed when i received a note from DMV for intent to suspend my registration due to lack of insurance coverage! Jill and her team has been my insurance agent for both my car and house for the past 5 years. With so many requests in Silicon Valley sometimes difference agencies and staff could be slow in their responses causing customer delayed decisions. Jill led her team by example where in order to meet my need when purchasing a car, recently, she extended her working hours to make sure I received the quotes I needed in time to make a decision for purchase and I am very happy for her quick responses and responsibility. read more

Jill and her team are great! Very fast, very efficient. Always reachable by email or phone. They provide excellent service and information on all kind of insurance matters (house, renters, cars etc.) We are very happy we chose Allstate and found this office in particular. It's been almost 7 years we are with them and all the processes always went smoothly and fast! I asked several times quotes from different insurances and AllState was always the best...so I keep referring it to my friends :) read more

I've had the pleasure of working with Jill for the past year at Allstate. Her group has always been very helpful, courteous, and prompt in helping my wife and I with our needs. Jill or her staff always answer my emails within a day or so (sometimes hours!). i would highly recommend Jill as your insurance agent. Although Allstate is not the cheapest sometimes, the service Jill and her team provide is great. read more

If you don't have an insurance agent, you need to go see Jill. Jill and her office are foremost service oriented. They are not happy and satisfied until their customers are. They take the time to understand who you, what your needs are provide you with information to help you make your decision. They will also explain everything in detail so you understand what you are getting. You may think that you don't need an agent and that you'll do everything online. There are things that your agent can do for you that you can't over the computer. Anytime I've had any questions regarding anything regarding my home or auto policy, I've reached out to Jill and she's always provided me with excellent guidance. Communication is top notch. Jill is my AllState agent for the last 3+ years for both my cars and my home insurance. Jill is great at answering all our questions and is very accessible via email and phone. During a recent claim, she even went to the extend of providing me periodic email updates of the arbitration efforts that AllState was undertaking to recover all the repair costs from the other insurance company (which btw AllState won :)). I would definitely recommend her as the agent of choice for your insurance needs. read more

Jill and her associates are a great team! They helped us get both auto and life insurance for our family. And when we recently were in an auto accident, Jill and Sue were super helpful in walking us through the process and went out of their way to resolve issues. They are also very fast with communication and easy to talk with. I highly recommend Jill as your insurance agent! read more

Jill and her team are the best! I found her back in 2008 after having moved to the Mountain View area. Her office has always been responsive over phone and email. Jill herself regularly checks my policies to make sure they best reflect my current needs. More recently, she reached out to me after my auto insurance premium went up. She stepped me through adjustments to my deductibles and other factors, and we came up with a new policy that sensibly balances between cost and coverage. Besides being a whiz with numbers, Jill is easy to talk to and always lends a compassionate ear. I feel comfortable chatting with her, and appreciate the individual attention she provides for me. read more

I just called this lady, Jill, because i had a couple of questions about my dad's accident, but this lady kept asking if we have insurance with allstate. I told her yes and tried to ask my questions and she said "so you don't have insurance with us". I told her "yes, we do". Then i said "i just want to ask a couple of questions" and she hangs up on me. Very rude. Talks over you not letting you ask your questions. Guess she didn't want to help me since my dad and i already have insurance with them. read more

They are super nice when you are buying their insurance. But when something do happen and you want to actually get paid for your loss they will tell you not to make a claim, despite the fact that it is in your interest. They act as if I am asking them a huge favor when I consulted them about my claim, and want me to buy a lot more insurance because they spent time for me. Hello, that's your OWN job! And the price is not even good. Then after being a client for a whole year they gave me a wrong quote, much higher cost than it should be. It is either because they are not careful at work or they think I am stupid, either way I am not coming back. read more

Jill is probably a relatively competent agent; but I would not know, since in the 2+ years I was with her agency I only actually spoke to her once. She leaves the vast majority of the communication with her customers to her minions. She has quite a few people working for her - and although I can't make a blanket statement since I have not dealt with ALL of them, the ones I have had the displeasure of dealing with were were extremely incompetent, had poor to non-existing follow-up skills, and sub-par English speaking/understanding skills. read more

The service provided by Jill and her staff continues to be exemplary! I am so happy with AllState and the wonderful service they provide. Thank you Jill and team! read more

Jill is very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a car accident a while back and she provided me with the best service when I needed it the most. I have been purchasing auto insurance from her agency for many years. I highly recommend Jill and her team. Thanks so much! read more

Had Farmers and recently switched to All State after witnessing his experience with All State. To my surprise, the quote from All State was cheaper than the premium I was paying at Farmers. The transition was smooth and Jill's agent, Linda, worked with me. She was very responsive and patient. She added towing insurance to my premium and I'm so glad I got it! Ironically, I had to use it right after my insurance was set up. It really puts me at ease because AAA have limits and it costs more. So far, I have had nothing but great experience so I would highly recommend going with this agent for your auto insurance! read more

You know you're a grownup when you write a review for an insurance agent. I have car and renter's insurance with Allstate through Jill. Her staff is incredibly helpful and responsive. They always pick up the phone within about 2 rings, and stay on the line for as long as I need to get through my dozen questions. When I have had incidents (car breakins and a stolen wallet), they helped me get it sorted out within 24 hours, and her staff was so kind that they continually apologized that I was going through it (not their fault!) and being incredibly sensitive to my stress level. Great people to work with. read more

I simply love working with Jill as my agent! She is the very best! Although she is quite busy, she always takes time out of her hectic schedule to work with me. She is very patient and helps to update my policy to best fit my needs for the next 6 months for my auto coverage. Although technically, Jill isn't my agent for my auto, only homeowners, I only with Jill. Allstate has a policy where you can't switch agents - too bad! I won't work with anyone but Jill. She really cares about you and wants the best, not just to make money off you. She took the time to plug in all the numbers (different options) to find the best coverage for me and my family. She is honest and very sincere. I'm so glad that my neighbor recommended her - he loves her also! You won't regret having Jill as your agent!!! read more

Jill Khiew's AllState Insurance agency provide excellent service for auto and home insurance. They work hard to meet individual insurance and cost needs, backed with good support when incidents occur, to maximize value for the client. Terrie Vicente was particularly helpful to me with my situation with auto insurance to meet my unique and changing needs! Jill and her entire staff have been helpful to me at various times in my interactions with them. read more

I started filling out the online form on Allstate's website for renter's insurance, and saw Jill's phone number online during the process (my local agent). I phoned with some questions, and Jill quickly helped me complete the process because I wanted a lower deductible. Jill was very helpful and I got a great deal, and plenty of peace of mind. I recommend Jill, and will be going to her for car insurance in the future. Thanks, Jill! read more

Jill is an amazing insurance agent. I've been working with her for the past 3 years. Prior to that, I lived in Washington State but have been an Allstate customer ever since I began driving. In general, I like Allstate but I think there are better insurance companies out there. My mom and brother had some issues with Allstate so they ended up switching to another insurance provider. But for me, I have never had an issue and at the end of the day, Allstate provides the best rate. If it wasn't for Jill, I would maybe consider just looking for another provider given my family's experience. But with Jill, I feel so safe staying with Allstate. I trust every word she says and believe she really looks out for my best interest. She's very straightforward in telling me my best coverage options and she explains it in a way where I can understand it. She's very responsive when I'm in need of anything and she has a very quick turnaround. If you want to work with Allstate, please use Jill as your agent. She clearly knows what she's been doing. She's well experienced and personable and will customize things in a way that best fits your needs. read more

Being through tons of insurances before, from Farmers, State Farms and others. Although, I won't say that Allstate is the cheapest, it is the people in the agency which is crucial, when you need them most, they are there. Jill trained her staff well, courteous and always willing to take that extra step. Jill had many a times, personally called me and go through my policies and gave me the best advice. Her pro-activeness, is her prowess - always on the lookout for her clients - guiding them, giving them a head ups on what coming etc. - most important looking at how she can help her clients save, aka personal financial adviser. If there is a rating with 6 stars - I will add that extra star. - Hian read more

I signed up with them due to their good reviews. When you're signing up or paying more they're very nice but when you're changing anything on your account to pay less or cancel, they will keep forwarding you to someone less experienced. Also they won't be as courteous either. Cancelled with them right as soon as I found a better offer from someone else. Confused about why they have better reviews than some other Allstate locations nearby when they aren't even that customer oriented unless they're making money off of you. I have also heard from friends that their company or Jill doesn't even get back to people if you're changing or emailing them to cancel policy, they will ignore you and only get back to those that are attempting to sign up. Ridiculous. Do not listen to all the good reviews, in fact read all- especially bad reviews before going with them. Just a word of advice. read more

Jill was my allstate agent from january to october this year. It was my first time having to purchase auto-insurance and she was very helpful and quick with all my questions, whether they were good or not. I have not had to file a claim, but I am sure I would be in good hands if I did, and the only reason I am switching agents is because I am leaving the area. read more

Jill Khiew has been my home and auto insurance agent for over 25 years. She is a very hard worker and I am grateful to know that whatever my insurance need, Jill will help me figure it out and get me a great rate. Over the years, occasionally I have shopped around to see if I could get a better rate through a different company but I always consistently told by these other agents that they cannot match what I am getting through Allstate. I am not the most organized person but Jill has always been there for me and is patient and gracious every time. She takes a personal interest in me and my children as well and leaves me feeling she sincerely cares about me. Thank you Jill for always being there for me and my (now adult) 3 children! read more
