I call my insurance get all of the facts and indeed they were wrong and Beckley pediatric dentistry called me a liar went behind me and told me they're calling them back to validate what I found out. Which took them an entire day and I had to call back to speak to there office manager which told me her self that I was correct about my insurance, and she agreed with me about how there office was very unprofessional. Further more this was an argument that should have never happened nothing but unprofessional, rude and disrespectful people this place is none other than a scam, I have paid over $1100 out of pocket to them yes I am getting a refund on that $1k but I'm losing my $135 on top of that. If it cost a $135 to know they tried to scam me it is what it is. I'll be taking my daughter somewhere else that is professional, and very respectful, I also spoke with the Dr. as well, and she even stated that one of her employees wouldn't lie she didn't believe they would call me a liar, but mind you the office manager also said that she had no idea of any of the issues until me and her talked, the office manager was nothing but childish and her name is Pat, the second day we spoke when she expressed to me that I was correct about the information of my insurance, but also expressed she wasn't going to say anything on the phone because I called them unprofessional, and rude I wasn't wrong because she agreed with me the day prior that there office was very unprofessional. Fair warning to future parents that plan to bring your child to this office, this may be you in this situation. I'm out of a $135, but I guess that is the cost of knowing what this office truly is.

The staff is so incredibly friendly and kind. They totally engaged my son, informed him about every step they did so he wasn't the least bid afraid or nervous. I swear the hardest part was my son choosing what flavor toothpaste he wanted! We didn't have a horribly long wait, which seemed even shorter because my son was completely entertained the whole time and wasn't asking "when can we go" 15 times. (Oh, how I wish there was a place like this when I was a kid!!) Let me give a little tip: I "played dentist" a couple times beforehand... looking at his teeth, taking my finger and scratching his teeth... and he has a spin brush. They DID NOT tell me to con Me back in the day I got them pulled to put my dentures in so I let my mouth rest for a week. After making my 1st denture fitting the girl didn't listen to me at all I kept telling her they wouldn't fit my gums were still swollen and I had about an inch bone spur on my top left gums that would have to be removed before they would fit, that did not stop her from shoving them in my mouth. Needless to say I just left with another appointment. I waited 2 weeks and returned same girl same thing, the bone spur still wouldn't let the dentures go over the tops the bottoms were now fitting but still painful becouse I now had these little ulcers where my bottoms lay they were popping with the rubbing the young red haired dentist looked at them and said it was normal, which I find that hard to believe he said as long as clear liquid is coming out there is no infection. So onto my 3rd fitting 2 weeks later the ulcers had gone away i was still sore & swollen. Now I did every thing right salt water rinse, mouth wash, brushing but the dentures still wouldn't fix i got a new girl this time well she shoved to dentures in so hard that she broke my top right gum so now I have not only a bone spur on the left i have a broken bone on my top right the tops definitely won't go on now! I had to pull her hand out my mouth for her to listen to me telling her it hurt. Then she pretty much called me a liar. She said I walked out on my second visit with both my tops & bottoms in. I told her I didn't i only had the bottoms in and she said I was here & watched you. I think I know what was in my mouth. But if you want my opinion DO NOT go to this place. I got mine pulled in November and here it is almost February and I still can't wear my dentures, my gums have fell & i can't get anyone to fix it. And im still in pain. Worst dentist ever!
