I asked the dentist if the tooth could be filled, she said no, so I said pull it then. The dentist told me a dental hygienist would be in to look at my teeth. Long story short, the dental hygienist took to A lounge, to talk to an "office manager", who tried to get me to agree to get my teeth cleaned when I went there for a filling or an extraction. I received NEITHER. To add insult to injury, the " office manager" said since I was a new patient ( A LIE, I was there in 2022), I couldn't even get my tooth pulled. She tried to get me to sign a "contract" for work (A cleaning), I didn't come to the office for. I DECLINED the contract and told her to CANCEL IT.

Further more this was an argument that should have never happened nothing but unprofessional, rude and disrespectful people this place is none other than a scam, I have paid over $1100 out of pocket to them yes I am getting a refund on that $1k but I'm losing my $135 on top of that.
