Crown lasted barely two years and fell out, not due to anything on my part. Was told they could not put it back and would have to have new one made and put on at my expense. Research determines a crown should last 10-15 years and up to 20-30 years. read more

I had the worst experience with Liberty Dental, first off they sent me to another dentist to have my teeth pulled because I had to be sedated. They DID NOT tell me to con Me back in the day I got them pulled to put my dentures in so I let my mouth rest for a week. After making my 1st denture fitting the girl didn't listen to me at all I kept telling her they wouldn't fit my gums were still swollen and I had about an inch bone spur on my top left gums that would have to be removed before they would fit, that did not stop her from shoving them in my mouth. Needless to say I just left with another appointment. I waited 2 weeks and returned same girl same thing, the bone spur still wouldn't let the dentures go over the tops the bottoms were now fitting but still painful becouse I now had these little ulcers where my bottoms lay they were popping with the rubbing the young red haired dentist looked at them and said it was normal, which I find that hard to believe he said as long as clear liquid is coming out there is no infection. So onto my 3rd fitting 2 weeks later the ulcers had gone away i was still sore & swollen. Now I did every thing right salt water rinse, mouth wash, brushing but the dentures still wouldn't fix i got a new girl this time well she shoved to dentures in so hard that she broke my top right gum so now I have not only a bone spur on the left i have a broken bone on my top right the tops definitely won't go on now! I had to pull her hand out my mouth for her to listen to me telling her it hurt. Then she pretty much called me a liar. She said I walked out on my second visit with both my tops & bottoms in. I told her I didn't i only had the bottoms in and she said I was here & watched you. I think I know what was in my mouth. But if you want my opinion DO NOT go to this place. I got mine pulled in November and here it is almost February and I still can't wear my dentures, my gums have fell & i can't get anyone to fix it. And im still in pain. Worst dentist ever! read more

I have been going to Liberty Dental for a few years now and they have all been absolutely great!!! All of the staff are friendly and professional. Jeannie (staff) does a great job and makes every visit go smoothly. I would highly recommend this office for all of your dental needs. read more

As one other review elsewhere says, do not pay for whatever your getting up front. In Dec 15 2025 I got teeth pulled and a set of immediate dentures. It cost somewhere about $9000.00. The teeth didn't come anywhere close to fitting. Post op appt was d9ne before the 24hr wait, and it was very obvious that the people seeing me had no idea how to help fit these properly. Stretched them so thin in places you could see through them. No holes but quite nearly. No space allowed for skin (flesh) attaching my lips to my gums, so both of these had massive sores by time I learned I was on my own. I called before and after my second return visit because I was in so much pain. Since they scheduled my procedure so close to holidays there was no one at the office, or no one willing to see me for two weeks following this procedure. After second visit I called to find out that except for more blind adjustments by inexperienced techs and general guesswork for those I was "done". I spent all that money, several weeks in pain with no recourse provided by Liberty Dental, and I never even saw a dentist after the day he pulled my teeth. Just rather nice new Dental techs who obviously were unequipped to help me. I decided to us3 sand paper and fix things myself, and after 5-6 days steady work I got them to a point I was no longer in continual pain just having them in my mouth. These folks want you to pay or promise to pay before they do the work, and based on my experience they simply dont care once they have your money. Heads up, they do not have or use 3d scanning or other effective imaging to make your dentures. Whatever tech is there makes a mold before extraction and if it doesnt fit afterward it's up to you to make appointments, return again and again hoping someone who knows what there doing will be there. After 2 post op visits and reading others experience I decided to not return do to fear that not only would they not fix my issues, but possibly make the dentures fit worse. Im sure someone will say it was my fault for not going back, but when you spend that much money there is a assumption that the work and products you purchase will be of at least acceptable quality without further effort on your part. Not the case apparently. To prove my point about less than knowledgeable staff, the first mold that was made before my teeth were extracted was done by a young lady who had to read an instruction pamphlet while mixing the mold goo. She was sent elsewhere, her mess cleaned up and another young lady made the mold that the lab said was passing quality. On the post op return as I said I came there several hrs prior to the 24hr period that the paperwork insisted that the new dentures stay in place for. The tech "relieved" my dentures that day to the point they were see through in two places. The other gentleman who looked at my teeth while in my mouth saw there was no divine or cutout for the skin attaching lip to gum, and said "if you can make it 7 days you'll be fine". Being in so much pain and not understanding what was going on i agreed with his opinion. I quoted him, but I can only assume what exactly he was referring to. Now it's obvious he saw something not the way it should have been but instead of offering to fix anything he just let me leave that way. So Liberty Dental may be a quality Dental office, but in my opinion unless you enjoy paying large sums up front for something less than you expect, lots of pain and no one giving a hoot by all means go there. I wish my experience was different. Even with all my work the dentures are no where near fitting appropriately, not centered in my mouth, lopsided too. read more

I had the absolute WORST dental experience EVER at this place and would NEVER go back! The dental assistant kept cutting my gums while she was trying to get the pictures of my teeth. Never had that happen before. When the dental hygienist came in to check my teeth the assistant KEPT putting the numbers in the computer wrong. I thought I was going to be getting my teeth cleaned. Apparently I had to schedule another appointment for that. What a waste of time!! Take 10 more minutes to clean the teeth while people are already there. The assistant automatically scheduled my appointment to come back for my cleaning and didn't ask me what time of day worked better for me or even confirm if the date she scheduled would work for me. I requested that they email me a copy of my X-rays and was told that it had to be "approved" for them to send them and could take up to 48 hours.... Approved for me to get the X-rays that I paid for!!! RUN RUN RUN. Do not go to this wacky place. read more

I went to Liberty dental through the VA authorization. Appointment times were we're acceptable in the office was very clean and staff friendly. I was getting a full upper denture to replace one that I had had for 15 years. The staff including the dentist, did not listen to my concerns about my bite and entire arch being rotated to the left. My right Central incisor is located directly below my nose. I also have no function for the front teeth as they will not meet and I cannot bite into anything. As a Long time denture wear and former dental assistant, I can confidently say that if you want your treatment plan to have your say in it, go somewhere else. They act like you don't have a choice, but you do. So to all the veterans out there do not go to Liberty dental for dentures. read more

I thought I was in good hands with this dentist office. At my first and second appointment's they addressed my issues. I had my surgery May 7th. I explained to them that the back part of the denture was hanging to low, and I was gagging. On June 18th I made an appointment to see if they could do a realign, or something, and I was told to use more adhesive. I have done my research, and have asked other dentists about my issues and what I was told. Adhesive is not an option anymore because my gums had shrunk fast, and even with adhesive they still won't stay. my bite is off. Chewing is a major issue right now. It's like no one cares. They got their money, and I am not good to them anymore. Unless I buy another set of dentures. I should have went to affordable dentures, but at the time I didn't have a lot of money and still don't that's why I use my insurance. Please do your research. read more
