Sure enough it wasn't side wall damage and they plugged the tire. All work was free. A man named Saul helped me out. Seems like a stand up guy.

I made an afternoon appointment and arrived 15 minutes early. When I checked in, I was told by an…read moreolder, round-around-the-middle employee (Sal?) that they "didn't have time" to do the alignment on my vehicle. I was frustrated -- I had just driven 25 miles (about 30 minutes) specifically for this appointment. If a scheduled service can't be honored, customers should be notified before they make the trip. What made it worse was the complete lack of concern or effort to help resolve the situation. I walked out fully intending to call corporate and leave a negative review -- but then something changed. Another employee, Brandon Pascacio, noticed what happened and literally came after me in the parking lot to ask how he could help. I explained that I simply needed the alignment I had scheduled. Brandon asked me to come back inside and assured me they would take care of it. Because of Brandon's professionalism and customer service, Wheel Works ended up earning nearly $1,000 in business from me, including an alignment-for-life package, new tires, and additional repairs. He completely turned the experience around and is the reason this review isn't one star. From my understanding, the employee who initially turned me away was the manager or acting manager. If that's the case, Wheel Works seriously needs to reevaluate who is leading this location. Poor customer service and dismissive attitudes are exactly why businesses lose customers and damage their reputation. Brandon, on the other hand, is the kind of employee who builds loyalty and keeps customers coming back. The only reason this review is four stars instead of one or two is because Brandon stepped in and completely changed the experience. Without him, Wheel Works would have lost both my business and any future recommendations from me. Update: If you're looking for Brandon, he's moved to the San Mateo location on El Camino.

My passenger side window had got stuck and wouldn't roll up, so I went to get it fixed. He had initially thought that my window motor was broken, so we ordered the part and found a day to fix it. Upon further inspection, he realized that it was just the switch that was broken, not the whole motor. He ended up returning the part, giving me back the money for the part, and didn't charge a service fee since it was such a quick fix. Everything was super great and there was amazing communication the whole time. After coming here, I don't want to take my cat anywhere else.

After AAA was informed it was a loss and they tried to pick up the vehicle, they refused to release the vehicle claiming storage fees were owed from the time the vehicle was dropped off, an additional ~10k. I was forced to pay this out of pocket as they were holding my vehicle hostage and charging illegal excessive fees. In addition, I have recorded conversations where they agreed to drop certain fees and then went back on their word, trying to extort even more money. Total scammers, do not have your vehicle towed here!

I will be back for my car needs again whenever they may arise. The price quoted was less than I paid and that included a different, more expensive part to put on the car. Though car repairs are never easy or cheap, Motorsport Division did their best to find ways to help and their price was much cheaper than other similar places locally. Bravo and much thanks due to Motorsport Division! Thank you for your hard, efficient and fast work!

A friend of ours--an engineer who collects and restores cars and is extremely detail-oriented--highly recommended Motorsports Division. His opinion carries a lot of weight with us, and we were not disappointed. Jimmy, who checked in the car and conveyed the results to us, was very friendly and helpful. They performed a detailed pre-purchase inspection on a used SUV we were considering. The team answered all our wide-ranging questions clearly and confidently. Most importantly, they identified the specific minor issue behind a vague Carfax "damage report" that had no details. For the level of expertise and thoroughness, the price was extremely reasonable. We left feeling informed and confident in our decision. Highly recommended for all of your auto needs.
