Cologne Auto Body was very professional and showed good communication for a timely repair. They provided an estimate needed to me and my insurance. The process was smooth from estimate to repairs and to completion. Appreciated that the confirmation of repair could be done automatically by email. I appreciated their daily notifications on the status of the car. They were very timely based on the estimated work involved that would take to complete the repairs. All I needed to pay was my deductible through my insurance. I also appreciated that the rental car company was walking distance away from their location. The car looked like new when I picked up the car. Thank you Luis Leiva and your team. read more

Our car was hit from behind, hit and run. We contacted Cologne Auto Body. They came highly recommended by our insurance and Yelp. It was excellent service all around. Best part, they have direct access so it was a seamless experience. From start to finish, service was amazing. They even returned our rental, and even cleaned the entire interior and washed our car. That's first class service. We highly recommend. Cheers! read more

I had high hopes because they had previous worked on my husbands car and did a great job two months pass and my car got into an accident I took it too them and they decided to total my car without even taking it apart. My Audi Etron was side-swiped due to a hit and run accident and State Farm gave us three auto body shop options to choose from to get our car repair. We recently hit a large debris on a freeway and trashed the front bumper and damaged the site panel on our CX-5. This is a State Farm approved facility (which also adds to the excellent reputation), so I decided to use this. Luis handles all your requests and he quickly informed me of the time for job completion. It was amazing that despite the pandemic situation and parts issues, he found all the parts in a few days, and started the work. Within 1 week the job was all done. The car was detailed and ready to be used. Excellent job quality, great communications, and fast service. While I hope I do not get into another accident, I will go back to Luis should that need arise and will highly recommend all my friends to go there if they run into a collision. read more

Cologne Auto Body was recommended to us by our trusted mechanic who said Luis was the only person in town we should trust our Audi to when it was badly damaged in an accident. From the moment I called Luis I could tell we were in good hands. He worked with us to get the car into the shop quickly and then he handled everything from there. He was communicative throughout the repair process and he worked miracles with our insurance company to keep them from calling the car "totaled". Of course most importantly, they did an incredible job on the repairs. We've had it back for a couple of weeks now and it's a perfect fix. Luis takes great pride in his shop's work, and he should---it's fantastic! If you're ever in the unfortunate situation of needing body work on your car, I highly recommend taking it to Cologne. read more

Our car was hit in a parking lot and the other party took full responsibility for the damage and reimbursement of repairs. Cologne Auto Body and another body shop were recommended to us by our insurance agent. Cologne offered a much better price for the repairs. Based on price and so many positive Yelp reviews (thank you fellow Yelpers!), we chose Cologne. Luis was our point of contact and was very helpful and responsive throughout the process of getting the car repaired and in coordinating with the other party to pay Cologne directly. The repair work was scheduled and done quickly. The entire process was seamless. And the repair work was excellent. read more

I lightly scuffed the right side of my front bumper on a 2021 BMW Z4M40i. I worked a long time to have this car as a fun car and it just killed me to scuff the paint. A good friend at Peter Pan BMW in San Mateo said "John, you need to go see Luis Leiva at Cologne". Nice cars like mine are a specialty at Cologne and Luis did a beautiful job that was done in a record time! It was a fabulous price and my Arctic Silver matches perfectly. Thanks, Luis! read more

Cologne Auto Body is now my official go-to repair shop (if I ever need one again)! I got rear ended and my bumper needed repair. I was recommended to Cologne and specifically for Luis. He is the best!! He coordinated everything for me, worked with my insurance company and ordered parts ahead of time. He was realistic in his time frames and worked with my rental car company (Enterprise) as well. The car was ready 3 days early, and he polished my whole car and made my 2008 Camry look brand new. He told me he treated my car as if it was his. I'm so grateful for Cologne Auto Body and would recommend them to anybody! read more

Porsche Boxster repair -- My thanks to the team at Cologne Auto Body! The quality of the repair along with the painting exceeded my expectations. Cologne took extra care to blend the new paint over the non-damaged areas to create a seamless blend, they even buffed out the entire car! All the reviews about Luis are dead on!! I had the pleasure of meeting Luis years ago when he worked for Frank at Costelli and Pardini's. Then I learned that Frank retired and Luis opened his own place. Without a doubt, I was going to Cologne! Not only did I have to get body work done on my truck once, but twice within 3 months. Ugh! Both times he and his people did an excellent job!!! No complaints what so ever!! And the best part of it was the price. First repair job was out of pocket. Price was extremely reasonable. Got a quote from another place before learning Luis had his own place. It was a very reasonable price compared to the other place. The second time-insurance covered it all. Luis took care of all of it. I will recommend Luis and Cologne to everyone I know. read more

Cologne has worked on my car twice now and both times have been great!! My car was like new again. Luis reached out to me the first time after I chose them from a list State Farm gave me. He was a good communicator and responsive, always keeping me in the loop regarding any updates and changes. He made the process easy. Great customer service, got to the point, and got the job done in a timely and efficient manner. The second time I went in, I actually texted Luis for an estimate. I had backed into a lawn mower lmao so was at fault and would be paying out of pocket. The damage was not extensive but my car is new and I wanted it fixed. He gave me a lower and very reasonable estimate when I brought the car to him in person. I decided to get it fixed since he said they could do it in 2 days. Car has always been done and ready for pick up on the day Luis promises. I have been very happy with the results! I would highly recommend Cologne Auto Body! read more

I'd give six stars if I could. My car needed body work after being hit by freeway debris. After looking at Yelp reviews, I took the car to Cologne Auto Body. Luis was a pure pleasure to work with.
