However, I'm happy to say that coming here has made my appointments less stressful and enjoyable! The waiting room is cozy, well-cleaned, and the environment is calm. James was the first person I interacted with--he was helpful and welcoming. We had a brief discussion of anime, tattoos, and other random topics . I believe he decorated the waiting area this month, which made it even cozier and a perfect fit for the spooky season ! I met with Iskho, who is incredible! Iskho is sweet, informative, and funny.
