I'm working up in Palm Beach Gardens so when I was at lunch, I spotted a Jiffy Lube. I always use Jiffy Lube but my location in Boynton Beach so I pulled in immediately. Reggie and the guys took care of me. Very polite checked everything asked a lot of questions even put a little tube with cold air blowing into the car while I was sitting in the car waiting can't say enough about this Jiffy Lube. I'm always happy to go to Jiffy Lube cause I know I'm gonna get taken care of Reggie and the boys keep up the good work. read more

It took them 6 hours to change out spark plugs on a 6 cylinder Tacoma. They ended up breaking one of the spark plugs.

Brought in my smart car. waited at their shop for over an hour. Finally they come out and tell me they don't know how to do an oil change for a smart car and I went somewhere else. read more

I came in for a routine oil change and left with a $450 bill, even after using a coupon. The coupon discount was mostly offset by added "shop supply" fees, so in the end I saved less than $5. In addition to the oil change, I was upsold on an engine air filter and cabin air filter (both priced around $66 each, a brake fluid service, and a coolant flush. Later I checked my Hyundai manual and learned that the coolant isn't due until 120,000 miles -- my car only has 69,000. While the work was completed, it felt like an aggressive upsell for services not yet required. If you only want an oil change, be very clear upfront or you'll be charged for extras you may not need. Next time I'll go to the dealership, where the cost is about the same or less read more

Never trust your car to these people!!! They do not know how to do their job. They did an oil change incorrectly leaving the oil filter loose. A couple days after the oil change the oil filter fell the car, lost his oil and damaged the engine. They said they were gonna fix it, but they were just pushing for the signature of a liability release form. After signing, they gave back the car with warning lights, and blamed it to a previous accident. Dishonest people. read more

Scammy Lube! Paid for a groupon and I told them i had one at check in. No one bothered to tell me how much EXTRA oil I would need until checkout. Additionally I agreed to pay $6 for a "coolant Top off" when I looked at my bill there the charge was for $12. After speaking with the manager it became my responsibility to be the professional in charge of knowing how much oil my car takes and when to stop pouring it. Jiffy Lube Northlake is definitely shiesty. read more

Worst ever total rip off. Told me I needed new brake fluid. When I got home I saw I had it done 10,000 miles earlier. To get me to do it he said I will give you 50 percent off. When the bill came I said this is not 50 percent off. He said the 50 percent off was for the oil only. Scam Scam Scam will never go back... read more

I was hesitant to come back after a shady experience with the manager in my previous visit. Today everybody was so quick and so kind. As a female I get very nervous doing anything car related by myself. Generally places will try to upgrade you or convince you to do services you don't need or are uneducated about. I got to tell you I flew in and flew out and only got what I asked for today. I appreciate the gentleman that were kind and quick. I wasn't able to see all of their name tags but I know that Troy had a really nice smile and was very welcoming. I truly appreciate your kindness and hard work. Also thank you so much because I did not have to interact with the manager that previously made me feel uncomfortable. read more

I stopped in to get an Oil Change. Edward was extremely helpful and provided great service. Do not go to this location the technicians cuz they are not mechanics are only concerned about their own personal vehicles while they work on them during work hours instead of the customers. Took my truck for an oil change and an oil cleaner that was recommended to find out that they incorrectly installed the oil filter with the old ring from the original filter which caused when I got on the highway my oil pressure to completely drop to 4 to 6 psi's when it needs to be maintained above 25 to finding out that my mechanic has advised me I need a new engine and at this point I have sought an attorney as well as local news stations to filter in on the videos I have provided showing that they only work on their personal vehicles and are completely neglecting the customers the customers vehicles and causing severe damage to the vehicles when a customer drives off. read more

well after talking to the " manager" ... who try really hard to get the last word, after different conversation. I finally I receive a coupon for my next visit,( better to do the first time ) I guess is good ? This guy try to make customers happy. maybe I give a other try ? Everyone need a 2 nd chance. I will be just be more careful, and more specific on my demands if i decide to go back. A - OK is just right. read more

If you don't care about your money- this is the place for you! First off the mgr tells me my truck ONLY takes full synthetic or synthetic blend which I knew was BS but I was in a hurry so I agreed to the blend. I was not notified of the final cost until finished which I think is TERRIBLE customer service because there is no way I would have agreed to that price. When I got the bill it was $110!!! Are you kidding me!?!? I'm all for a business making a profit but c'mon! - I can buy 5 qts of most any FULL synthetic oil for $25 and any filter for 5 bucks. I will not be returning. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. No one should go to this Jiffy Lube. First of all it was anything but jiffy. After waiting for 45 minutes even though there was only one person in front of me and they had three docks, I still had to wait for 45 minutes. Then when I was pulling my car up into the open dock the employee whose name was John and has brown curly hair was literally screaming at me "turn your wheel to the f***ing left now straighten it the f*** out. Jesus lady can't you drive ". He then proceeded to pour the oil all over my engine which other employees then came over and mopped up with rags and then he broke the latch on the hood of my car so it could not stay shut. Another employee finally came over and fixed the hood of my car after about another 45 minutes. I literally joined Yelp so that I can express my feelings about this place. Do not go there I feel like what they do to your car is potentially dangerous and not one person said anything to that employee for screaming obscenities at me. read more

On 5/24/2021 I had my oil and filter changed at Jiffy Lube (Northlake Blvd. ) I was told that I had many leaks from my engine -front seal, rear seal. I said that I will take it to a mechanic. I go to the mechanic's shop and once up on the lift he shows me a very evident leak from the drain plug. I also see a fresh yellow goopy mess of material around the drain plug. I was not sure why that was put on the plug. I then took it to another mechanic who took pictures of the metal threads gone from the plug and oil pan. I did not go to Jiffy Lube to have a roughly $800 bill for fixing my truck. The manager Bernard said they did not do the damage and would not repair it. I would like a call from Jiffy Lube to rectify this problem . I did not expect a leaking drain plug after an oil and filter change at a business that specializes in it. Hobart Hunt Throop read more

Can't figure out how to give less then one star... Run, do not walk away from this place. Completely incompetent, totally screwed up my oil change... left the dashboard in diagnostic mode, had no idea how to fix, went back, they could not figure out how to fix... then oil stains started showing up on my garage floor. Went back, they said it was residue. Still kept dripping. Went to dealership, they fixed dashboard and said the correct drain plug seal was not installed. I had dealer change oil correctly. Went to Jl for a refund. Was given the run around for a month. They decided I warranted a gift card, like I would ever return to this place. Should have read all the other reviews before going to this place. read more

Outstanding and enthusiastic service from James, Andre and the team. Very quick turnaround and very clear on all available options.

Bought a Groupon to come in before I read the reviews. Sat in the waiting room after being promised 45 minutes and I'd be back on the road and held my breath. I'm fortunate enough to have my car pulled in at the first bay so I could watch everything that was done. I'm actually wildly impressed that I didn't have to fight for my fluids to be topped off or tires to be filled... even to have my windshield washed. The sales pitch for other products was soft not hard. Doors were opened for me. I absolutely appreciated the experience (especially by Tennyson) and you will too. I might even consider coming without a Groupon... which for those who know me, is pretty high praise. Upon actual further inspection apparently I wasn't as observant as i thought I was. fluids weren't topped off. I wonder what else wasn't done. Went back in and they were more than happy to fix the forgotten services... but I drive in on my dime. Changing from five stars to four. read more

I was very very impressed with this oil change service! Bernard the manager and Layla the assistant manager, could not have been more professional, accommodating and nice. If you love your car, stay far far away from this place. I've always used Jiffy Lubes when I lived in CT and never had a single problem and they always had great customer service. I came in 5 days ago to get an oil change and new wipers. I left with a car that sounded like it had a muffler problem all of a sudden and a strong smell of gas. I brought my car back in today to figure out what the problem was. They never put the cap back on where the oil goes. So now, there is oil leaking all over my car hood, all over the insides, from underneath. How the hell do you forget to put someone's cap back on when all you do all day long are oil changes? I am beyond pissed and would never ever take my car back here ever again. read more

The absolute worst automotive experience I've ever encountered. I brought my truck in for a simple oil change and to install a headlight that I had previously purchased. After being told that my air filter and battery were bad (the battery that had just been installed BY THEM 6 months earlier). They also told me my differential fluid and transmission fluid needed to be changed out. I reluctantly said yes to the differential fluid bc I knew it had never been changed in the 100,000mile life of the truck. I also wanted new wiper blades installed. Long story short Wipers literally flew off within 1,000ft of leaving, headlight wasn't even touched, and they only changed the rear differential fluid(not the front on my 4x4 pickup). Their response: "Here's a 10% off coupon for your next oil change" Please boycott this horrendous business read more

Second time for an oil change here and they take out my cabin air filter to show me it needs replacement. I refuse as I know how to do this myself. Today my manager is driving with me going on sales calls when she reaches into to my glove box where she keeps her white iPhone charger for when she rides with me. It's gone. I'm single and nobody has been in my vehicle since Saturday's oil change. I call up Jiffy Lube just now and I tell a manager the charger has been stolen and he says 'there's nothing I can do." How about finding out who did an oil change on Amy Petri's red Tacoma truck on 4/30/2016 and take it out of his paycheck! I never gave Jiffy Lube premission to go into my cabin filter I gave permission for an oil change and new wipers. I have black chargers which are plugged in for my phone and ear piece, the thief thought I probably wasn't using the white iphone charger as it was in the glove box. The "there's nothing I can do" excuse from the manager is a cop-out. You make the customer whole by offering the cost of the charger on my next oil change with an apology. If the employee that took out my filter does it again you fire him and make him accountable beause you are recording this in his employee file. I have to pay for this out of my own pocket and I was out of work for 14 months before I got this job. Stealing is wrong and your employees are Thieves and your manager Unaccountable...You suck Jiffy Lube. read more

Do NOT go here if you value your vehicle. Not only did they try to overcharge me by two quarts, they added fluids to my car they I didn't not agree to or accept. No price was given up front, then I was told it would be $119 for an oil change in a Camry!!! While I do understand a convenience fee to some degree, it is $60 at Toyota with all filters changed and included. To boot, the air filters were pulled without request and I now I have a terrible rattle that must be inspected at the dealership, I literally can't run my air conditioning....in FL!!! This was a complete ripoff and I am certain I am not the first. Livid does not come close to covering how I feel. read more

I had an oil changed on 5/30/21 where I sat inside my car the entire time. I repeatedly asked to have my tire pressure checked as well as adding wiper fluid. Each worker said it would be done because it's part of the service. Needles to say the tire pressure was not checked properly. Too much air was put in the driver side tires. The passenger side was never checked because the worker was on the cell phone the entire time using earplugs. I had to go to WAWA for air and to ensure my air pressure was balanced. It was entirely too many different young men working on my car. The entire process was unsettling. read more

Do not go here!! I took my car in 7 days ago for a routine oil and transmission fluid change. They broke something when doing the transmission fluid and had to order a new part. I was told I would get a call from the store manager's boss and I would get a rental car. When I called them back because they wouldn't follow up with me I was told if I wanted a rental car I would have to pay for all the work and the part they broke, so I chose to not take the rental. I was told they would try and find the broken part before yesterday, but at the latest it would be done by yesterday morning. I still haven't received one call from them or a call from someone in a managerial position. Did I mention that I'm 8.5 months pregnant and I've missed two work shifts and counting because of these bastards. read more
