A couple days after the oil change the oil filter fell the car, lost his oil and damaged the engine. Took my truck for an oil change and an oil cleaner that was recommended to find out that they incorrectly installed the oil filter with the old ring from the original filter which caused when I got on the highway my oil pressure to completely drop to 4 to 6 psi's when it needs to be maintained above 25 to finding out that my mechanic has advised me I need a new engine and at this point I have sought an attorney as well as local news stations to filter in on the videos I have provided showing that they only work on their personal vehicles and are completely neglecting the customers the customers vehicles and causing severe damage to the vehicles when a customer drives off. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. No one should go to this Jiffy Lube. First of all it was anything but jiffy. After waiting for 45 minutes even though there was only one person in front of me and they had three docks, I still had to wait for 45 minutes. Then when I was pulling my car up into the open dock the employee whose name was John and has brown curly hair was literally screaming at me "turn your wheel to the f***ing left now straighten it the f*** out. Jesus lady can't you drive ". He then proceeded to pour the oil all over my engine which other employees then came over and mopped up with rags and then he broke the latch on the hood of my car so it could not stay shut. Another employee finally came over and fixed the hood of my car after about another 45 minutes. I literally joined Yelp so that I can express my feelings about this place. On 5/24/2021 I had my oil and filter changed at Jiffy Lube (Northlake Blvd. ) I was told that I had many leaks from my engine -front seal, rear seal. I said that I will take it to a mechanic. I go to the mechanic's shop and once up on the lift he shows me a very evident leak from the drain plug. I also see a fresh yellow goopy mess of material around the drain plug. I was not sure why that was put on the plug. I then took it to another mechanic who took pictures of the metal threads gone from the plug and oil pan. I did not go to Jiffy Lube to have a roughly $800 bill for fixing my truck. The manager Bernard said they did not do the damage and would not repair it. I'm fortunate enough to have my car pulled in at the first bay so I could watch everything that was done. I'm actually wildly impressed that I didn't have to fight for my fluids to be topped off or tires to be filled... even to have my windshield washed. The sales pitch for other products was soft not hard. Doors were opened for me. I absolutely appreciated the experience (especially by Tennyson) and you will too. I might even consider coming without a Groupon... which for those who know me, is pretty high praise. No price was given up front, then I was told it would be $119 for an oil change in a Camry!!! The absolute worst automotive experience I've ever encountered. I brought my truck in for a simple oil change and to install a headlight that I had previously purchased. After being told that my air filter and battery were bad (the battery that had just been installed BY THEM 6 months earlier). They also told me my differential fluid and transmission fluid needed to be changed out. I reluctantly said yes to the differential fluid bc I knew it had never been changed in the 100,000mile life of the truck. I also wanted new wiper blades installed. Long story short Wipers literally flew off within 1,000ft of leaving, headlight wasn't even touched, and they only changed the rear differential fluid(not the front on my 4x4 pickup). Second time for an oil change here and they take out my cabin air filter to show me it needs replacement. I refuse as I know how to do this myself. Today my manager is driving with me going on sales calls when she reaches into to my glove box where she keeps her white iPhone charger for when she rides with me. It's gone. Each worker said it would be done because it's part of the service. Needles to say the tire pressure was not checked properly. Too much air was put in the driver side tires. The passenger side was never checked because the worker was on the cell phone the entire time using earplugs. I had to go to WAWA for air and to ensure my air pressure was balanced.It was entirely too many different young men working on my car. The entire process was unsettling. read more

I was told I would get a call from the store manager's boss and I would get a rental car. When I called them back because they wouldn't follow up with me I was told if I wanted a rental car I would have to pay for all the work and the part they broke, so I chose to not take the rental. I was told they would try and find the broken part before yesterday, but at the latest it would be done by yesterday morning. This location is close & with my Groupon I stopped in. Been awhile because of the very long wait so I was going to Valvoline they are fast but they are more expensive. My vehicle was making a noise & they tried to tell me i needed a Transmission Flush & Fluid change but I had it done at Valvoline a few months ago so I declined & went to my Mechanic to double check.
