The shop is always very clean, and the employees work together seamlessly as a team. Many times, I've stopped by just to have air put in my tires or to get my fluids checked, and every time I'm warmly met with, "I'd be happy to help you with that." Their service is consistently thorough, efficient, and well worth the price. Amazing service! I called Jeff to schedule an appointment and there was no need. You can just head that way and, if your experience is like mine, they will get you in immediately! Jeff and the crew got to work right away changing my oil. I knew I had a few more things that needed work, so we addressed them while I was there- no need to come back another day. Wow! I cannot give enough praises to these guys. They are hard workers and the results show. They cleaned my headlights (I posted a picture on my review) and now I feel more confident driving my car. I am a college student and I do not have a lot of wiggle room in my budget, but I felt like they got me a fair deal on what I needed done. I will surely return for future services. I stopped in to get my oil changed over a year ago. Upon them bringing me the total, I mentioned I had a coupon for $15 off. The man acknowledged this and took my card saying he would apply the coupon and then run my card. He returned, brought my card back and said he emailed the receipt. I got home and realized the coupon was not applied. I reached out (apparently to a corporate email) and was told they would contact that location and have them contact me for resolution. No one contacted me. I tried again. Again, no one has contacted me. I have now reached out 4-5 times with no one bothering to return a message. Absolutely ridiculous. This isn't some random complaint trying to get free anything. I just want to be refunded for the amount I was over charged. Completely unprofessional and I would advise anyone against going there. read more

First two times at this location were great. This visit, technician did not check filters, fluid levels, outside light, wipers. I asked him to check power steering fluid...he looked around and told me he couldn't access it, and the dealership would have to do it. Ridiculous. Upon closing the hood, he spotted the cap and then filled it with quite a bit of fluid, so apparently it was low. For $100+ (after applying coupon) you would think they would at least fulfill the checklist. read more

Oil change was completed quickly. The place was not busy. There is no place where cost of services are posted. I had a $10 off coupon and my bill was just over $100. This is for a Honda CRV with full synthetic. I was told I would receive my receipt via email, none was delivered. I can understand why they are not busy with that price. read more

Went for a oil change today, and for the 3rd time, there was no one there when they are suppose to be open. Have also gone there when they are suppose to be open at a certain time and no one is again there, at that time. It seems like they have staffing issues at this store. Won't go back. Shady AF. Paperless bill so you cannot review the charges. $70 is the least expensive option that doesn't include topping off the coolant. $6 charge if you want that done. The price is for a 5 qt oil change. My jeep takes 6 qt, and the extra charge was $20. read more

(Update: Just got a call from the dealer service shop that did my oil change and was told whoever did my last oil change (Jiffy Lube) left 6 bolts off of the bottom of my oil pan. So that's great! Now I am having to pay for 6 new bolts because of Jiffy Lube!) Went to Shakopee MN Jiffy Lube on Friday 6/11 around noon and was told it would be a long wait (at least an hour) because there were only 2 staff members working and they had to run up/down the stairs to complete the whole oil change process themselves. The staff members looked overwhelmed so I decided not to wait. I went back to Shakopee location on Tuesday 6/15 at 8:30am only to find a long line of cars waiting outside of a closed building. It still was not open for business half hour after the 8:00am opening time. In an attempt to bypass what I perceived to be the issue, I swung by the Savage MN Jiffy Lube on Tuesday 6/15 at 5:30pm only to find a large "Temporarily Closed" sign referring Savage patrons to use the Shakopee location. Jiffy Lube used to be a great way to get a quick, no frills oil change. They are clearly now experiencing some operational issues (staffing shortages? incompetent or lazy technicians that are costing ppl money) that is quickly leading to its undoing. read more

Went here on a Groupon for $25 dollar oil change. Bill was $37. Added $6 for extra quart of oil and I get that. Cheated me out of additional $4+ by insisting I be taxed at the full price of a $58 dollar oil change. No where do you see $25.00 oil change starting price. Beware. Couldn't talk sense to the guy ( he's no kid either 40's). Even his coworker told him I was right!! He argued I didn't have a $25 oil change even though I showed him the deal. He started at regular price of $58 and added a " gift certificate " discount. So I paid tax at the $58-59 dollar starting price. I had to walk back in the shop because he decided not to give me the free RainX. I asked "did you RainX the window like the deal says?" He said "oh you want it?" I suspect they will feel some IRS tax pressure going forward by collecting extra taxes. I'm never going to any Jiffy Lube again. Scam What a math hassle. Definitely not worth the savings. Very poor service. I watch these guys and they didn't do anything no checking things at all!! just filled the oil and said they changed the filter. Look at my print out and the guy (Jeff) checking me out automatically assumes I don't want my car vacuumed or anything else he just checks declined on things. I went for an oil change. Two employees were under my hood and working on my car before I agreed to even have them do the work. I stopped them and said I want to talk pricing first. They wouldn't stop and I told them I was leaving; then they finally came in and we agreed on a price. I should have gone with my gut and left immediately. They finished my oil change and I left to head on a trip 150 miles north. During my trip I kept hearing a rattling sound. I found out they did not shut my hood! Only the secondary latch was holding my hood down for 150 miles! If my hood flew up at 65 mph, that could have been devastating, but it gets worse! I went to drive home one day later and my car stalled. I had to wait on the side of the road for an hour for a tow. I was towed to a shop. They found pieces of my car in the catch basin at the bottom of my engine that had not been put back together. Jiffy Lube did not cover my air-filter [after changing it] and moths got in where the air sensor is and caused gas to stop flowing which caused my car to stall. I went back to Jiffy Lube and asked for a full refund for the lousy oil change and for a full refund for my car repair about $160 total. The shop has NO autonomy to handle these decisions--pathetic corporate policy! It has been more than a month. I have made 5 phone calls and been to the shop twice. They will not provided a general manager's name. This is terrible! If you don't want to give your shop manager any autonomy, then at least have the common decency to provide a higher-ups name that can resolve issues. Take note, on all of these reviews, they provide "guest relations" as a name of who to contact, never an actual person! At this point, due to upper managements lack of providing a resolution, I would never go here again and have recommended the same to friends, family, co-workers and neighbors. Mistakes happen but they must be fixed. Clearly the emphasis is on something other than quality car service, and there is even less emphasis by upper management on customer service especially when costly mistakes are made! 11-6-2017 Update: After posting this review, I did receive a call from a general manager. He did send a check refund for my repairs and for my oil change. The first reimbursement check came with my last name wrong. Still lots of blaming on the store, no damage recovery for my 4 hours of waiting for a repair in town 3 hours away, for missing a meeting, and for all the stress that was caused in dealing with all of this. I recommended that they have a better process for these types of issues as 7 phone calls and 2 in-store visits is unacceptable for resolution. read more

This Jiffy Lube in Shakopee was way over and above willing to help us solve our problem. Our car was suddenly out of oil because the filter was bent during a previous lube job. We were 30 miles from home and unable to drive at all. Dave helped us and we were able to be back on the road within 30 minutes!!! Fabulous...we were very grateful. read more

This is the worst Jiffy Lube I have ever used. Because I drove 2200 miles in 10 days I had to change may oil. This location charged me $30 more than any other Jiffy Lube. The check list that is usually presented was not used here. This is a nickel and dime operation that sullies the name of Jiffy Lube. Beware....no pass this location by. Upon getting my oil changed they tried the traditional upselling of unnecessary items. I was told my air filter needed replacement (I had just had it replaced 5000 miles earlier). I told him that didn't sound right and I'd like to see my dirty air filter. We got our to the car and they couldn't figure out how to get my air filter out of the compartment. In other words, they tried to sell me additional services without ever having even glanced at my air filter. Never again, I just go over to shakopee Ford when they have an online coupon. $30 cheaper, faster, they have internet while you wait and they are courteous. read more
