We have now bought two sets of tires and had a car fixed at Big O. Tyler is terrific. Everyone is dedicated and does food work. By 630 I was done with a new set of tires and an alignment. Nice job, nice price and good tires.

He was supposed to fix everything (Hood, drivers side) but we agreed he would not repair the damage up on the roof where it wasn't visible. They called to say the hood was a problem, and would not be repairable. He wanted to replace the hood with a new hood at an additional charge of $2,500. I said no. He repaired the agreed to damage other than the hood, but still charged me $1,400 more than the original estimate. I complained that the bill was higher than the original estimate, and not all the agreed work was done. Clearly, at least $1,000 should have been reduced from the bill. They refused to understand, and refused to reduce the bill. They demanded more than the original amount. A rating of 1 is too high for them.

A manager in a white shirt immediately asks if I can move my vehicle and states that that area isn't a parking spot. His people shouldn't have said it was ok if it wasn't. The manager had no need to say it wasn't a parking space as that part was obvious to anyone with a brain. I parked there because it's where you go for an estimate. With spaces open why would I park elsewhere only to pull it in 3 seconds later? The snarky tone and condescending nature of telling me the obvious was unnecessary and unprofessional.
