Delip was so helpful, and right away he alleviated my biggest concerns about what might be wrong with my car. He gives you his full attention, and very patiently answers all of your questions. He also stays in communication with you step by step through the whole process of getting your car back on the road. You don't even have time to wonder what's going on, because he has already let you know! Big Brand has some of the best customer service I've ever received at an auto repair shop, and I'm definitely going to be using them from now on.

Have bought multiple sets of tires here for different cars. Yesterday I brought in my BMW for a new set of rear tires. When I picked up the car, there was a massive scratch on the hood along with scuff marks on the back left door. The car is barely over a year old and was pristine. I always baby my cars so I noticed the scratch right away. The manager played dumb and claimed it wasn't them. He was a complete a-hole about it and didn't take any responsibility. I set-up an appointment, showed a little early, and by my appointment time the car was on the rack and the tires were mounted, balanced and back on my Outback in no time. They noticed my brake pads were close to needing a replacement and pointed that out to me. I had already set that up and was just waiting on new pads, but it showed that they're on the ball and observant, which I appreciate. They weren't pushy about it, I'm sure they would have given me a great price for the work, but I already had it set-up with my mechanic. Tires and brakes are important, it's where the rubber literally meets the road, and stopping your car is more important than making it go! I appreciated them looking out for my safety.
