I had my tires changed here. Ordered them on TireRack and found this Jiffy Lube on their Recommended Installers page. I told them I would pay for checking a squeeking sound in my wheels. They found a small pebble in my rear drum brake (wait what?? LOL) And didn't charge me for diagnose. Just very nice people there. Impressed by their service as well. Professional staff, great service, good work, very polite crew with warm and friendly attitude. That's how you do a successful business. I will recommend them on TireRack and Google Maps too. These folks are awesome. They have service all of our cars for years and they never disappoint. Top off service, windshield wiper checks-you name it, they are helpful and informative. Today, I took in a car that we bought over the weekend. They checked it bumper-to-bumper for me, took care of the tires and topped off all the fluids. I left paying nothing and feeling much better about the car I bought and continuing to bring this location my business. read more

Due to negative experiences in the past from out of the area Jiffy Lube's I was hesitant to go to this business, but Tim and Luke quickly put my worries at ease. They kept me informed from the beginning, explained all the issues, as well as all my options. They never once tried to oversell me and they even provided me with guidance to ensure I get the most mileage with the least amount of problems out of my vehicle. I would put 0 stars, but it wouldn't allow me. I put too much oil in my car so I called this Jiffy Lube and Adam the manager was quick to tell me to come by that he could help me out with that. Once I arrived he wanted to know if my car has ever been serviced through jiffy lube (it has from the previous owner) but for some reason had to call his manager for approval? I was confused. Then he GUESSED I had a blown head gasket and there was nothing they could do. All because there was smoke coming out of my exhaust. Well duh! Too much oil will do that! People, if you don't want to be given false advise just avoid this place. read more

I had JL check my tires because the low air pressure light was coming on in my car. They discovered a nail in the side wall of one of them. I was going to buy new tires this month anyway and these guys were able to order the tires I wanted and get them on in the same day. I spent a little more than I wanted to but the warranty seemed like a smokin deal. Thanks JL for getting the job so quickly. read more

My last experience with a nearby Jiffy Lube was horrible, resulting in the replacement of my transmission at their cost due to negligence. So, it'll be strictly oil changes here on out. At this location, I watched the technicians carefully this time, and I was super impressed. Not only did they work with purpose and a sense of urgency, they were also very professional, courteous, and most importantly conscientious. I witnessed them checking, double checking, even triple/quadruple checking that all the caps were in place, fluids were at the right levels, and everything was generally buttoned up tight. Then, there was a secondary inspection by a second person. Very impressive! I felt confident (this time) that my oil change was in competent and caring hands. Yours is now my new preferred location. read more

I pulled up wanting an oil change, seeing the sign advertising "Oil Change $19.99" The guy took one look at me and told me my car "requires full synthetic oil, and that would be $69.99. Is that ok?" to which I replied, "well if it is required, I guess I don't have a choice now do I?" He just shrugged. So I paid the $40 upcharge, and also got the cabin air filter, spend close to $100. The car started making a noise after the oil change, so I took it to Toyota for a look over. Jiffy Lube left the cap for the cabin air filter on, and over filled the oil (which I'm told can be as bad as leaving it low). Toyota assured me that my car did not need full synthetic oil and told me that the person at Jiffy Lube flat-out lied to me. I am so tired of being taken advantage of just because I am a female. I work in a professional career and am the expert in my field. I would never dream of taking advantage of the trust my clients place in me the way this place has. If you are a female, please do not go here. I know I never will again. read more

I came into there yesterday (June 29th) to just get my oil changed. The employees were extremely nice and friendly but that isn't what I was upset about. When they told me my total was $99.99 I was extremely confused because when I had called about two weeks prior they told me that it was half off but never mentioned that it was half off if you had a coupon which was extremely irritating. Then the part that was even more frustrating is that the light on my car was still on indicating that maintenance was still required. I could have paid the same price and gone to Toyota, which I will be doing next time. read more

I went in here thinking it was a convenient how close the location was. Nope, guy told me that my 2013 Subaru Impreza manual only took full synthetic and the cheapest full synthetic they had was 102$. I'm not an idiot. The turbo sport is the only full synthetic only. I'll be driving the extra few miles to valvoline where I've been going for two years. Their full synthetic is 80$, though they will gladly do partial. Good try on up-sell though, my memory is pretty long. I won't be goin to a jiffy lube again. read more

On my return, Luke completed the transaction with another warm welcome and friendly handshake. The upsell at this place is out of control! The guy recommended they replace my wiper blades when I literally - on the way there - stopped at Auto Zone and bought wiper blades and the manager installed them for me. I had only driven about 15 blocks with my brand new windshield wipers! When I pointed this out to the salesman guy, his only response was, "Well it is recommended." Also, I went in for the $19.99 oil change, and he acted like it wasn't even an option. It didn't even come up on his screen for me to choose from. He acted surprised that I would even mention it, when the huge sign out front advertises it. And it's not like I had the look of a person with money to burn: my car is 17 years old, and I was wearing sweats. I will not go back, and probably won't go to Jiffy Lube anymore. I feel I can't trust them. read more

This is a horrible place to go they charged me 70 dollars for a oil change it was 54.99 with a discount they had and they didnt ask me what kind of oil i wanted. They never went over anything with me! I told them i have had problems with jiffy lube in the past and that i was scared to trust them and then they did this. I went back to speak to the manager and he said there was nothing he could do to help me basically saying i was lieing about cody asking me what kind of oil and service i wanted. Well how do I start, I have used Jiffy Lube despite all the talk of how risky it is. I am just careful and check the fluids and keep an eye on my car while they work on it and for the last 10 years no trouble, until today! I was sitting in the lobby and watched as they did all the normal stuff when I notice they did not fill up the power steering fluid that I specifically asked them to do. The tech opened the cap got the fluid and then just put the cap back on that seemed strange. Then when it came time to pay they ran down the normal you need this and that attempting to up sell me, which is normal and never pushy. However, the tech never mentioned that they did not fill the power steering and then said they did, when I asked them to make sure that tech said no he didn't. When I asked them why they said they did not have the proper equipment to complete the job. When I asked him why they didn't have the proper equipment the assistant manager reported to me that the previous manager had taken it with him when he left. He also reported that it was on backorder. However, when I asked him why he didn't tell me that I didn't get done here a had taken it with him when he left. He also reported that it was on backorder. However, when I asked him why he didn't tell me that it was not done he said the other person was supposed to tell me. When I told him I needed it to be done and that it was unacceptable he said "I am sorry you feel that way" he must have said that 6 or 7 times to me. Then one of the techs made a makeshift funnel out of a piece of paper and made it work. They then told me I was good to go and that is when I noticed that the car was only half vacuumed. When I told the manager how disappointed I was in the service he again said "I am sorry you feel that way all our other reviews are good" so I write this sad review not to complain about the work, this review is to notify you that this assistant manager Steve has absolutely no customer service skills. PS after he said I'm sorry you feel that way I may have used a few choice words to express myself to him. I want to utilize their services again unless he is terminated. read more

I wish I could do zero stars. These guys are horrendous! They claimed that my care required synthetic oil and I know that it doesn't. I have had this confirmed by the dealership as well. I explained this to them and the two different Kent that I spoke to argued with me about this fact. The man at the desk dig in his heels when I explained this and then made me tell him the exact weight and viscosity of oil I wanted in my car. When he did this, I decided that there was no way in the world that I would do business with people who would rather upsell, lie, and disrespect a person such as they did. Poor service, men.
