The next day in my driveway was a flood of fluids, they clearly damaged my radiator severely. I went back next day to explain the flood of fluid in my driveway and showed photos but was accused of "photo'ing anyone's parking space". They decline my request for a refund or any consideration. A whole plastic part popped off and started dragging on the bottom of my car. My father made a temporary fix with zipties so i could get to work. But the part was broken for good. I reached out multiple times, & had to take the car back to get it "fixed". I got there and they said they fixed the damage & tried to send me off. They did not. They refused to fix the damage/replace the part from the screws they left loose & popped off. They didnt even offer a refund, or anything. Brought my car in for an oil change. Immediately 3-4 technicians were checking the car and servicing the oil. I was offered a great deal for a needed tune up and in 30-40 minutes my car had new spark plugs and the fuel line flushed among other things. I had been told by Arigo Chrysler that my washer nozzles were rotten and needed to be replaced. They ordered these for me and I came back the next day expecting them to be installed. Peterson, who provided amazing friendly and caring service decided to test the nozzles after he filled the wiper fluid reservoir. We were both shocked when the nozzles were spraying perfectly! Apparently in the oil change check the day before a serviceman had noticed the fluid line was disconnected and he connected it. The nozzles were perfectly fine and no work was needed! This saved me almost $300! Peterson gave me a refund and I wasn't charged for anything in this visit. Peterson's customer service skills are the best and the entire crew at this location is outstanding. I highly recommend them. read more

I had a pretty great experience here. Service was fast... the fastest I've ever had my car's oil changed. You can stay in your vehicle and drive right out when the oil change is done, which is really ideal for these current times of social distancing (I definitely don't want to be sitting in a tiny waiting room). All the staff were very friendly. They originally had the truck specific incorrect and therefore filled the wrong oil into the truck and had only charged me for 6 courts of oil when my truck takes 8. After I pointed out the mistake they drained the oil and filled it with the correct oil no problems or complaints and they did not charge me for the remaining 2 courts of oil! read more

I went to this jiffy lube based on previous reviews now I'm wondering if they were real. It was a HORRIBLE experience. First, the AC was broken and when I sat in a chair in the waiting area my shirt stuck to the back which was gross and so I stood the entire time I was waiting. Then I was told that they didn't have the air filter in stock that fit my car and they couldn't find one so I would have to come back to get one installed. To make it worse the day after my oil change my "low engine coolant" light came on and they told me they checked the coolant level and it was fine which was total BS. There is one guy (I think he was the manager) who is really nice and would explain all the questions I had about my car. Considering I'm a girl and I don't know much about cars, this is great. To begin with I shouldn't give jiffy lube any star! I had went to get my oil change and car inspected on 3/13/19. The only thing they did was just drop and fill my oil. They did not check any of my filters nor see if anything needed to be topped off. When everything was done i had asked to see my oil filter, Matthew came out and said " oh I see what your doing ". I was so confused, my boyfriend who was with me said na bro we just got the motor replaced, so I wanted to know that the oil change was done right. Today 3/17/19 I called my boyfriend and said something is not right with my car it's acting funny. my boyfriend went under my car and found SO MUCH OIL on top of my splash guard. He immediately dropped my car and said to call jiffy lube. Jessica answered the phone, my boyfriend called and said so I went under my girls car and found so much oil on her splash guard. Jessica ( the manager ) said why didnt you call me? My boyfriend said I did as soon as I realized it was oil. She said okay we close in 20 minutes, or you can come back tomorrow and speak with Julio. My boyfriend said okay, we will do that. Jessica said, okay well if anything happens, your reliable for that. My boyfriend said well we live 20 minutes away. Jessica said okay. As we pulled up to jiffy lube Matthew came up the door and said what's going on? My boyfriend said there is a lot of oil on her splash guard. He said is it just excess oil? My boyfriend said idk that's why I'm here. They pulled the car in and was looking at it. They Called my boyfriend to " lower bay ". Jessica was on her phone talking On the phone and did not acknowledge us. I had asked her to please have them inspect my car since last time they did not. She said that's what they are doing, and then went back on her phone. They checked the car took down my splash guard, cleaned it up. I watched them clean it. Then I had to get an employee to get Jessica, because she was busy with a car. Jessica came up to me, as I was explaining to her about what happen with my previous experience. I was telling her about my filters, how they did not show me or OFFER ME any filters. I knew I needed them done, that's why I came to you guys. Jessica, walked away from me while I was explaining to her about everything that was on my recipe. I said " I wasn't done talking, that was rude " . She said I have things to do. I said okay that's fine, go ahead. They came back and said everything was good, I asked if she Can show me the filter and she got mad and just changed it for me. Mind you she still never showed me the old filter. When she was done, she slammed my hood closed!! As we were ready to leave, I had went inside to ask for some type of proof that they touched my car again today. She explained to me the system was off. She told me to come back another day, I explained to her I work tomorrow, then she said why do you have an attitude?? I already gave you a filter, What else do you want from us??. I walked outside to my boyfriend and she followed me and was speaking to him, while I was TRYING to explain to him about what she said. She was starting to get an attitude with him. He just said he was sorry. He just wanted it to be done right. We didn't ask for anything free, just wanted to know my car was fine and have no more problems. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER FROM ANY AUTOMOTIVE COMPANY!!!! We will NOT be returning for service ever!!!! I would rather wait an hour and have it done right, than have this experience!! The morning of December 14th 2019 I elected to take my vehicle in for a simple Oil Change. As I sat in the waiting area I couldn't help but notice all the high pressure sale tactics of service recommendations by the staff at Jiffy lube in Lake Worth Fl. The customer prior to me even expressed the discomfort of the experience. As it was time for my sales pitch of multiple recommendations of items that had to be repaired immediately, I adamantly declined. My vehicle was running perfect up to pulling into their shop. Immediately upon leaving I noticed my vehicle was starting to run rough. As the 24 hours went on my vehicle would barely stay on and started to "conch out" on me at the stop lights. I had to take my vehicle into a mechanic to be repaired. Come to find out the mass flow air hose nut that would secure the hose to my engine block was removed and now a vacuum leak was present.The hose was slightly lifted up off the block to cause this air leak, where all engine performance was now effected. Luckily this was a simple fix but was this apart of their high pressure tactics to perform extra work or just simply ignorance of the staff that worked their by them causing this problem. Horrible shop and experience! Save your money and go to a better shop. Midas, etc. There are many that will do an oil change for around $30 fair and honest without all the lies from this place. They push their synthetic oil, although the car company nor the owners manual call for synthetic. They jack up the price by trying to add on so many other things, like filters, rotation, cleaning, belts, etc. This place is a con job #1, a real racket going on with Jiffy here and the state should intervene and get the AG involved in what they do to rip people off. Plus, to top it off, they leave your car all dirty and a mess afterward, they pulled out filets and then left the entire carpet floor filthy and never cleaned up their mess. Big deal a $20 coupon, yet they are charging over $100 to change your oil. They trick and fool people into getting more, real salesman here, don't get screwed, go somewhere else. I wish we had read the reviews online about this place before coming here. A real SHAM and SCAM going on at this Jiffy Lube! They have no integrity and are rude to customers who question them! First and last time here. Customer service is horrible! Walked in and stood at the front desk for about 5 minutes without even being acknowledged. An old white guy was talking to a customer, finished with her, went back outside continued to laugh and talk with someone else, came back in, talked with the lady about coffee, called another man to check out, which we had to move for him to get to the front (10 minutes in with still no "I'll be right with you", no eye contact to acknowledge he sees us or anything) after he's done, he turns to walk out again and finally we stopped him to ask if he's going to help us.
