I took in my 2014 Kia forte5 because I was told by Valvoline that my brake fluid was low. After a free inspection my brake fluid was good & my brakes with only a single rotor was warped. They did not charge me anything for the inspection and test and gave a full breakdown of my possible issue that can resolve the noise I received from turning at low speeds. They showed me throughly the brake pads,rotor health and tips and safety advice. I highly recommend to use this location. The entire staff was extremely nice and knowledgeable. read more

The office was very clean and so was the bathroom. There was a gentleman named Del who was absolutely amazing. There's something very suspect about this place. First of all, they charged me for "labor," after the fact. I have never ever ever been charged for "labor," for oil change anywhere. Additionally, they had me pull up my car and started working on it prior to me reading any information about the cost of services, including the labor, which they charged me for, I waited for about 15 minutes before anyone came to the counter to give me a price breakdown. They didn't honor my national coupon, that says good at any Jiffy Lube, although in the end he still gave me the $30 discount it was five dollars less than the coupon. Do yourself a favor and go to Pep Boys or Valvoline or anywhere else because this labor charge is bullshit. It is bad business practice to start work on a vehicle prior to telling the customer what services they are getting. And they are clearly trying to scrape money off of everybody. I do not recommend this place. read more

They lied to me. I brought my truck in for an oil change and I asked how much it would be. The attendant asked me a couple questions about my vehicle and gave me a price of $119. After waiting 10 minutes the manager came in for me to sign the paperwork and the price was now $167. I told him the attendant quoted me $119, he argued with me and said that was just an estimate. Great service overall. Clean reception area equipped with a modern coffee machine while their servicemen and women work -ed on my car. I used the bathroom meanwhile and it was clean as well. The gentleman that received my car was well and clean dressed. 10 minutes go by and my Honda Pilot was ready. Just synthetic oil change and oil filter. I was informed that the air filter is clean and no need of replacing. I have gone up to pay, I presented my coupon and it was accepted without hassle. The total price was less than the competition. it's 2024 everyone nickel and dimes you for everything but not here. I brought my car in after taking my car to Firestone twice and ended up paying $3800. Only for two weeks later the lights to come back on. while I waited, I watched the servicemen treat women with respect and honesty. One woman brought her car in for oil change he showed her. She didn't need one yet. He could've easily taken her money off, but he didn't when it was my turn. I was so nervous to find out how much it would be, and the manager told me the connector was just a little greasy and needed a cleaning. He didn't charge me one penny. I am a single mom of four kids. I need my car to get everywhere. this brought tears to my eyes. He didn't know my story. He was just honest and helpful and I am so grateful. read more
