This is then they checked my rear tires. One guys was spinning them and other guy was breaking but the tires kept sipping. They knew

they broke my rear breaks and e brake. I went to get them back to normal how they were before. Then they charged me 470$ but they are the one who broke my old break that was working good. That's Like I break one of thier tool and get them a new one and have them pay for it. went there for rear drum break change. they started perfmorning the service and told me my break are good. so I told them I don't want new break, after they put my older breaks back on car it started making a Loud clicking noise everytime when braking. so they disassembled my break again and try to fix it. when they "fixed" it I took it on a test drive but my rear breaks stopped working at all and so did my parking brake. I called in and told them they messed up my e brake and rear brake so they told me to come back and they will take a look. once I got thier they told me "let us talk to our supervisor" they talked to a guy he didn't say a word to me just gave me signal to pull my car in then lifted it in the air. they started working on it and 1 hour later this guy told me they are waiting for parts because they have to put new break. I'm guessing because they messed up my old one. they had me lifted in air for 5 hours and didn't fix my car back to normal. I went there at 10:30am they didn't fix it till 7pm when the store closed. so they told that I'll have to leave my car there. I asked them why they said they broke some lugs nut or whatever. I said who will be paying for it they said "you only have to pay 470$" I never wanted a break change but since they broke my break now I have to pay for the new ones. my car is still at jiffy Lube not sure how long it will take. I asked them for a oil tip off because my car was under 3000 miles after oils change from them they said everything is good and didn't top off anything. I asked them did you too of transmission oil then they told me they don't carry one for Nissan versa the most common car. But they gave me a paper and had checked all the oils. It's a fraud literally. Never going back. been going to jiffy Lube for 2 years heard a lot of bad stuff about them, first time got to experience it. it all makes sense. Go to a local mechanic they do it faster, cheaper and know what they are doing with responsibilit. These guys are just sales men. This happened on 30 August form 10:30am to 7pm. They can check cameras when they broke my breaks. Seriously thinking about pressing charges because I saw them spinning my rear tires when doing break check but tires never stopped they knew break weren't working and they still have it to me like that it's in camera as proof.

The service bay.

Absolutely the best! Will was fast, the price was more than fair, and he actually saved us from…read moredoing a more expensive repair! We had been told by a couple people that my son's car needed a new starter - Will easily identified a battery terminal issue after a quick diagnostic. Within a couple minutes, Will knew what the issue was, and we were able to go down to the auto parts store and purchase everything we needed for under $20. He was able to get the car running in less than an hour and went above and beyond to make modifications to one part I bought (battery bracket) because the store didn't have the exact type we needed. Will's work was pristine. I cannot say enough about how great of an experience this was. He is also very kind and pleasant! Additionally, I would like to note that he performed all repairs that were requested, he arrived within 25 minutes of my call, on a Sunday, in the snow, and had everything done within an hour (part of this hour was him waiting on my trip to the auto parts store!). This will be the only person I call for any mechanic needs. I've shared his contact info with my family and recommend him to everyone! I've dealt with several mobile mechanics in the Indy area and can say Will is obviously and by far the most knowledgeable, honest, and gets straight to the resolution of the issue. Thank you so much, I feel better knowing my son's car is working -- and that he can call you if he runs into any other problems. :)

I took my car in to get the brakes checked out because I was hearing brake noise. It was also due…read morefor its oil change. My car sits in my garage during the winter so I needed some basic maintenance. When I dropped my car off, I let the guy at the desk know I wanted my oil changed, I wanted to find out and possibly repair what was causing the brake noise, top off fluids, and check both my engine and cabin air filters. I told him to give me a price for the cabin filter when he calls with the diagnosis of the brake noise, sense I've never changed that filter but I know they can be a little pricey. I dropped off in the morning and told the gentleman that I would be picking it up the next day, since I wouldn't get off work till late. The guy said no problem, it will be done tonight and waiting on you tomorrow. So as the day passes I receive no calls. I decide to call before they close to find out what happening. The guys says, yea it's done you can come get it. Wait what? What about asking me if I wanted to go forward with the brake repair. The guy says they changed the cabin filter, which I only asked for a price on it, and the oil. He said the brakes were fine and the engine air filter was clean. I say then what's the noise i hear? He said they didn't hear it and I would need to drive the car to recreate. The "noise" is easy to hear and consistent. So they obviously didn't test drive. The just did a brake inspection, which isn't exactly what I asked for. So I pick it up and the bill is 136.00. The cabin filter was 75 parts and labor, which I wouldn't have got if they had told me that, and a charge for brake inspection. The oil change was the standard amount I pay, but a little on the high end. I drive the mechanic around for 1 min and he says oh that's a warped rotor. 1: are you sure? All you did was guess from sound. 2: then why didn't you test drive it and call me with that diagnosis? Long story short, they didn't do what I asked, didn't communicate, and charged me for a service I only asked for a price on. Won't be going back.

Was charged for parts and labor I did not authorize. Took car in for an alignment, which would…read morehave been around $120. They discovered some bad bushings on several control arms that prevented alignment from being performed completely, which is reasonable as it is an old car. However, instead of immediately calling to see if I wanted to authorize additional costs for parts and labor beyond the normal alignment, they went ahead and replaced a control arm at an additional cost of about $185. Later, they did finally call to see if I wanted to spend yet another $500 for more parts needed to fully align, which I declined, and they notified me of the $180 of extra work already performed. I would have declined the work they performed without my authorization because I normally can make such repairs myself. I have never before experienced a situation where added work was performed without prior notification and approval. And they did not offer any resolution when I objected to this having been done, leaving me no choice but to pay it.
