I took my car in for an oil change. They brought my cabin filter to my which was still new and white but they had placed a bunch of leaves on it to make it look old and asked if I wanted it replaced. I said no. Then I asked as I was picking up the car if they had turned the filter over to let the leaves fall off that was on it. They said that they were not allowed to do that. I got home and pulled out the filter and all the leaves they had placed on the filter where still there. I wonder, if I cannot trust them to not harm the filter if they are even putting new oil in the car or a new oil filter read more

In the last year twice they have not properly tightened the oil filter causing oil leaks. I have three cars and each gets about two changes a year that 1/3 of the time they have got it wrong. Yesterday they said the filter was loose on wife's car and fixed it they had to add 1.5 qts of oil. This morning they was two QTs of oil on the garage floor and the oil would could not be seen on the dip stick. STAY AWAY. I will never go back to a Jiffy Lube. read more

This place used to be awesome. I would get oil changes, inspections, diff fluid changes, etc. all the time on both of my vehicles. The past two times I have come to this location the staff has been absolutely horrid. The lady behind the counter plays on her phone and could care less about who is pulling in. The techs had to yell at her to check in a vehicle. When she did, she skipped past all the customer questions, put 5000miles in for the sticker and sent it. Didn't talk to the owner of the vehicle once. The tech came in and held the air filter in the car owners face without saying a word and the owner was like "uh what?". Now, with 4 vehicles in queue, he's sitting in the waiting room on his phone. I'm sitting here waiting for my vehicle and worried on how this is going to turn out. Once a loyal customer, I will be taking my vehicles elsewhere. read more

After every bad experience with the Jiffy Lube on Timberlake Rd, VA, I went to the Jiffy Lube in Forest, VA, for a state car inspection. It was a breath of fresh air. Tob was very professional and communicated well when the car was completed. Thank you, Tob!!! read more

I have been a loyal customer for years and then when the going gets rough they absolutely have ruined by car and will not own up to the mistake. I ended up having to personally deal with my dealership and load of money later jiffy lube still will not refund or admit any mistake. I'm extremely disappointed and will not be doing business again. read more

If 0 was an option-I would choose it. This jiffy lube "recommended" a $50 oil change (that included a coupon) for my college-aged daughter. They have a cheaper oil change but didn't even offer it to her or tell her about it. When we questioned them about it (before they actually started the oil change) they were rude and didn't even shut her car hood when we declined the service. She had to do it herself after they pulled it out of the bay! So much for good ole southern hospitality. UGH! read more

This entire chain is a scam! I am never going to any Jiffy Lube ever again! The prices are outrageous! They charge $70+ for a synthetic oil change and that doesn't even include anything? I can buy the exact same oil, pan, filter, and even a set of tools and change my oil myself for half the price they charge! They also charged me $25 each to change two air filters. I was not told the price until they had already changed them. Luckily I asked how much a tire rotation was and didn't get jipped 20 more dollars. This is my first experience with Jiffy Lube and I am APPALLED at their incredulous prices! read more

Horrible experience. I am from out of town staying with family for the weekend. I dropped by the Jiffy Lube yesterday and immediately an employee walked out and informed me that it would be a minimum 45 minute wait. There were only a couple other cars there. I left and waited until this morning. I arrived at 10:01am, one minute after their opening. Two other cars were there, already. An employee walked out and instantly shooed me away, yet again. He told me it would be a minimum of 35 minutes before they could even begin the process on my car. This is a joke. Either they are incredibly understaffed or the employees are lazy and not interested in taking on more work than they have to. If I owned this establishment I would consider making some serious changes. read more

Went in for state inspection and needed to replace O2 sensor-returned twice for faulty sensor and it was never fixed and they refused to refund. We will not use any Jiffy Lube in the future. read more

giving them 1 star is still too much! I went here to get my car inspected during my lunch hour. I have a Honda Accord with 48,000 miles so as you would imagine there wouldnt be anything I would need to pass inspection. I was told that for $430.00 for new Rotors and brake pads my car could pass inspection and they could take care of it that day. I laughed and said there is no way I would need that with the few miles I had on it. I told them to put a rejection sticker on it and I would take it somewhere else. I also called and spoke to the manager and he said that if that is what the inspector said then thats what needed to be done. I then took to it a different garage for an inspection and told them what Jiffy lube said. The man came out and said " ma'am I"m not sure what they are trying to pull over there at Jiffy Lube but there is nothing wrong with the rotors and your brakes are barely worn" He put an inspection sticker on. I then made a complaint with Corporate and they had a man Jo Martin call me and was a complete arrogant A-hole. He asked if I mind if a State Trooper did an inspection and wanted the name and # of the garage that passed my inspection. I gave him all the info... didnt hear back (imagine that) so I called him and he told me that he wasnt concerned about it and to go ahead and call the State police. (trying to intimidate me) So I did !! I met with the Trooper with the state police and he advised me of the same thing the man at the garage told me.. "nothing wrong with my rotors and brakes are very thick" The Officer also told me that he wrote up Jiffy Lube for this and STILL havent heard from anyone from Jiffy Lube !!!! I called them to get $16.00 back since I paid them for an inspection that should of passed and havent heard from anyone. What absolute piss pore customer service !! not only did they try to pull one over on a woman who they think they is stupid and dont know any better, when I called them out on it and proved it with the State Police help I still have had no one call me and even say sorry or try to make it right. This Jiffy Lube service center caused damage my late model, like brand new and mint condition vehicle, when servicing it. I asked them to replace the damaged part (mint condition it was) and they said "OK." Days later, when they called to say the part was in, I went to find it was in fact a worn junkyard part they had salvaged to put on my vehicle. When I complained they said that, "your vehicle was used by now, so a factory replacement part was not fair to our franchise and a salvage yard part is only what we will provide," Needless to say I left, though I'm thinking about taking them to court. Lesson learned? This is a cheaply managed franchise with lousy customer service and just awful treatment of people. read more
