Usually I have an okay experience with Jiffy Lube, even at this location, but not today. I got my oil changed, my tires rotated, and my windshield wipers replaced. That was all adding up to about $160. Okay, cool. I can live with that. Then she mentioned something about spark plugs. I've known that they might need to be replaced for a while. So when she showed me a quote for $99 on the screen and said she'd get a quote from the mechanic, I was game. She came back with a quote of around $360, which already seemed more expensive, but I was willing to still roll with it. Where I started having a real issue was when I got to the the counter to cash out. The total was $517.52 after a tiny little discount for the oil change service. It was only after all that they finally explained that the second quote did not include the initial quote for the oil change, tire rotation, and wipers. They charged $150 for approximately an hour of labor and $61.28 per spark plug. Now, keep in mind that if you go to AutoZone, you can get a spark plug for $10-15. And the expenses continued. $36 for each coil boot. Yikes. If I had wanted someone to rip me off like that, I would've had it serviced at the dealership. I used to go to Walmart for my oil changes. USED to. Now I can't even remember why I went through the torment when this place is right the down the road. I highly recommend them. They not only do your oil, but check your tires, vacuum your interior and check all of your fluids. Complimentary coffee is inside. I had my puppy with me one time and the crew was so friendly and personable and didn't mind a bit that she was sniffing around (don't worry, I had her on her leash and kept her away from the pits). My first time here, I drove right in and was out in less than 20 min. Pricing varies depending on oil, but I walk about paying $34. Don't forget to look on your phone for coupons. I got $5 off my last time :) Customer service was above and beyond. He escorted me inside, held the door open and showed me where the restrooms where and to help myself to coffee and magazines. I loved the open glass concept where I can watch them work on my car. Makes me feel reassured. After I had paid and was heading out the door, they opened the door for me again and escorted me to my car and held the door open. These small gestures do not go unnoticed. Such gentlemen! This place is a complete rip off- was not told the price till after they had popped my hood and started working on my car- then was told it was 50 more than what was listed online cause I needed more oil and all the plus plus plus fees. I was told by the woman when I asked why I wasn't given the option to leave when I was told it was 130 versus the 84 listed online and she said it was supposed to be discussed before hand. read more

As I have gotten older and am no longer willing to climb under my vehicles, I have looked to service centers such as Jiffy Lube to change oil and filters. Most recently, about three months ago, I went to the Jiffy Lube facility and got a oil change on my Nissan Xterra. The service was quick, however I now know it was too quick. The techs that serviced my vehicle apparently did not know how to read a dip stick, as they told me that my transmission fluid was low. Thankfully they did not have the right fluid for my truck. After paying the best part of fifty dollars for the to service the vehicle, I went straight across town to the Nissan dealer where I purchased my vehicle. (See my review for Dublin Nissan GMC) Nissan techs checked all fluids and told me the vehicle had no leaks and the transmission levels were correct. Had Jiffy Lube added additional trans fluid it would have possibly blown seals and/or gaskets. In addition, Jiffy techs did not replace the filter access that they removed to replace filter. My husband and I were driving back from st Simon island GA to our home in Indianapolis We had stopped for lunch and as we drove off heard a strange sound. My husband looked under the car and saw that our oil pan guard was dragging. We knew we couldn't drive another 8 hours like this. We searched on Yelp for a nearby car repair. Jiffy lube showed up. We drove there and asked if they could help us. They took a look. Fixed the problem and put a quart of oil in our car. We asked what we owed them and they "our pleasure. Travel safe ". We insisted. But they said "just go to your local jiffy lube when you need an oil change" we shook hands and left VERY pleased. Very friendly guys!!! read more

I was on my way to Hilton Head when my oil light came on. I stopped by Jiffy Lube and was serviced immediately. The whole process took less than 5 minutes and cost about $10. While one technician was working on filling the oil the other one checked my tires and added some air. I highly recommend this location! read more
