This Circle K is a newer location, right on the Main Street of "downtown" Chiefland across the road from the high school. It has multiple entrances and exits from the main road, as well as from the road that runs behind. It has plenty of parking, and traffic flows at a normal rate all around. There are regular gas pumps in front of the building, and the diesel/more premium pumps are in the back. A positive about getting gas here is that there are several different rewards programs and various payment methods that will give you a nice discount off of your fill-ups. My favorite part about this location is the retail inside. I love all of the variety in all items. Usually, I am visiting here in the morning. So, I like to get a self-served Iced Coffee from their taps. There is a nice selection of milks and creamers to make your drink just as you want it. This particular visit, we also tried a Chicken Fried Steak Biscuit, which is a very unique menu item (especially for a gas station!). It was quite good. I also find myself buying other types of drinks here. They have one of the best deals on fountain drinks, with them being $.79 with the rewards card. There is also typically "2 for" sales on the energy drinks, which my fiancé frequently gets. And on anything else, I seem to find there is usually some kind of sale or deal going on as well. As far as the rest of the retail, there is a nice variety of typical items you would find at a gas station, including alcohol options. There are regular check-outs with cashiers, as well as rather high-tech self-check-outs that have a camera to ring your things up for you. Very neat! Overall, I like the Circle K brand, especially this location. I would recommend stopping here for both your car fuel and personal fuel needs if you are in the area. Walking in, it gives a corner store/bodega vibes. They are known for their vegan and vegetarian sandwich options. While I had my eyes on the hot dogs, I decided to go with the smoked tofu sandwich - which the staff said was highly recommend due to the vegan chipotle mayo sauce. I waited for about 5 minutes or so for my sandwich which was about $13. The standouts were the smoked tofu and the chipotle sauce. The tofu was flavorful almost like smoked paprika and some spicy. The chipotle was very creamy and great component to the sandwich. I wish they would've toasted the sandwich as the vegan cheese is just an afterthought. I do want to come back for the hot dogs and other sandwiches here. Vegans and vegetarians in the Gainesville here, this is the spot for you.

Drivers are driving way too fast or literally in your lane. Second, pump just wouldn't work for us, I suggest avoiding the right left pumps. We finally found one pump that'll work, so we were lucky enough that no one was at it since all we did was wrap it around to get to ours. Overall, it's a cute little place but needs more attention with the parking lot. They had big trucks everywhere unloading products.

Then, only got one kids meal, not two, so we were waiting while they made that. Then got home and the bowl was actually not a brisket bowl, and instead was a black bean bowl with spicy stuff in it. So I paid like three dollars extra for the brisket, but I did not get any brisket. Tried to call and was on hold a while, then the system hung up, then called again, and on hold a while and person answered and hung up, them called again and so much on hold, and that time stayed connected and they gave me a refund. What a bummer. The whole reason I did WaWa was that they have all these brisket items that are new. Gonna try again but maybe try for brisket mac n cheese, which is brisket on top of mac n cheese. Anyway, WaWa is good for food, but I would definitely say that you should only order one item and then definitely open it and poke around with a fork and make sure that you actually got what you ordered, instead of it got mixed up with someone else's order. A big order (7 things) was way too complicated. So... The food: The plain burger with all the free fixings (that are not spicy) was amazing. I think the sweet peppers did it. They are halves of subs and have a little and are better for older kids. I would say 5 and up. For little kids the shredded lettuce can be messy. Chicken penne was not so exciting. The Alfredo sauce was definitely flour based. It has cooked pasta and chicken and steamed cherry tomatoes served on a bed of fresh spinach. There is no way to customize with fancy stuff, but if you get nacho chips, you can order sauces for those in a cup on the side and so can customize anything that way. It is an expensive way to customize, but when I've eaten at WaWa in a group, it's a good way to get lots of sauce for all the dishes. The brisket bowl... I think they got my order mixed up with a vegetarian because I got a black bean bowl with no brisket. It also had fried pickles in it, and think I had maybe ordered pickles, but definitely did not have an option for fried, so I think I got someone else's fancy order. What a bummer. It tasted good, but had got cold by the time I got through on phone to find out do I have to exchange or show it. By the way, all the WaWas are great for travel and quarantining. You can order on the app and it's like 10 min until pickup and they do curbside. Great for getting a half gallon of milk and simple groceries with no minimum order. And, for locations with outdoor seating (this one has outdoor seating), which is good for stopping for lunch while on the road because can order and then get the food and eat outside. Because this is in Gainesville (I think) they have paper compostable bowls and burger clamshells. This did not do well with the alfredo sauce and drippiness of the chicken dish, like I didn't feel it was great for leftovers overnight. Fine to get home though.
