While this place smells nice and the people were nice, I really had a bad experience. I got a pedicure with my sister. We waited 45 miinutes after our appointment time we were finally taken to the chairs. Okay thats fine people can get behind. I picked a pedicure that I think was 3rd from the top. It was supposed to have a 10 minute massage( I think I was trying to remember the exact time.) mine was 3 minutes. He set a timer to do the massage and then it ran for 3 minutes before he shut it off and got up and walked around. The lady insisted that the small flower HAD to be in get even though I requested multiple times to do not gel. I dont react to gel well and I dont like it. I tried to convey that to her even as she was forcing it on to my toes. Then they even charged me extra for the gel that I told her I didn't want. Fast forward to a few hours later. I look down as soon as I got home and half of the toe nail polish had come off. I was very dry and okayed to leave when I left. The cherry on the top is I go to get a pedicure a couple times a year to help combat ingrown toenails. I got a pedicure on Friday it is now Tuesday and I have an ingrown toenail. I am so disappointed and frustrated. You would think that paying $77 for a pedicure you would get a good one. read more

Repeat visit. First time was good so we came back. Salon still looked clean and taken care of. We were sat right away for our appointment. Treated very kindly the whole time by my salon worker. He was very nice. Feet soaked in the water for about 3-4 minutes. Pretty quick service- took under 30 minutes total but we sat after and dried for about an hour the total visit. They weren't busy which we were happy about because then we wouldn't be rushed through the appointment. Best design price - other salons charge double which is silly for the amount of polish the design takes. Unfortunately even after drying for about 25-30 mins, when I arrived home and took off my shoes I saw the polish on my big toe was smudged. Mad, I touched it and my nail was still wet... 2 1/2 hrs later? Not sure why it was still wet because my 9 other nails were dry. Took a shower a little while later and I can see my nail due to the polish missing on a 1/4 of my nail. Only thing I can think of is it maybe had lotion on the nail still? Or paraffin from that treatment? My friend said I should go back and have them redo it but we went today because I'm pretty busy the next few weeks. I think I'll just chalk this up to try somewhere else next pedi. I don't mind paying what I paid (68 with tip) - but it would be nice to relax and have them take their time to make it worth it. I've been here a few times and I typically get a gel manicure and regular pedicure. It's a relaxing and calming environment. Most of the nail techs are very kind and more thorough, detail oriented compared to other nail salons around here. I highly recommend asking what the prices are upfront rather than waiting until the end so there's no room for confusion. Lesson learned for me! read more

My nails always turned out well, not super clean but they looked nice. The problem I had was my nail tech would cancel and reschedule me last minute sometimes even when I was in the parking lot and the one time I didn't have my appointment rescheduled (I made them weeks in advance) I had to wait about an hour for her to finish someone else nails. Also, I hate to complain about price but my designs were always just a solid color or two and the price I was charged kept increasing for no apparent reason. I'm new to the area and came here because the pictures from reviews were great. I first came here last weekend and got gel put on my natural nails. They looked fine other than the fact that she got the gel on my skin. I knew it would lift but hoped it wouldn't be too bad. Almost every nail lifted around my cuticle. Today I went back and pointed it out. They offered to redo them for free. A different woman did my nails and did the same thing the first woman did; got the gel on my skin. Just moved to the area and came to get my nails done for an event I had. The tech who did my nails tried to tell me what I wanted wasn't ombré and began doing a solid color. After re explaining and the help of another employee she fixed them and they were beautiful I loved them. It's now been a week later one already broke off and all the others are lifting. Came in for a pedicure with my sis and we both loved it. Prices are great compared to where we live. They start at $20 and go up. I received a $35 lavender spa pedi and she got the Hawaiian spa pedi... They consisted of the average pedi stuff but also a mask, paraffin dip and hot stone massage!! Lots to choose from. Would definitely come again when in town and recommend to anyone looking for a pedi. They also do manis, Shellac and waxing. You can get a basic mani and pedi for $30! On a side note, bring a cash tip... Not sure if that's just what they prefer or if they can't accept tips on a credit card. read more

First time here and I asked for "dip" manicure. It was suggested because it lasts longer from a friend.. well the entire staff looked and started laughing stating "ohhh dip manicure, dip manicure. Then the lady only painted my nails and charged me for a full manicure even though none was preformed. Charged extra to remove gel polish when it took the same amount of time to remove as regular polish cause they sanded it off instead of soaking. Entire pedicure lasted less than 30 minutes. They don't know how to remove powder dip nails here. The gal tore my nails off and tore my own long nails. After 15 min of pain on one hand I asked her to soak the other hand. I told her that's how to remove the old nail. Then poof, they come off correctly. They dremeled my nails until they burned. After I told them I don't want service because it hurts and to please just cut them short so I could leave they still charged me $10. Wow, I paid for incorrect service, damaged nails, and pain and torture. Place smells like cigarette smoke and I saw a empty pack in the garbage. I had an acrylic manicure done today and ended up bleeding! The worst part is that the blood was painted on permanently under the clear coat. It was my first time as well. This was an unbelievable experience, and from the lack of stars...that should tell you what "unbelievable" means. When we arrived, the place empty with only two people working. We asked for Shellac and they pulled out a box from behind the counter with maybe a dozen colors to choose from (mostly glitter). That was not the problem, the problem was when we sat down two women walked in about 10 minutes later and asked for a full set, and the lady told them she'd be "5 minutes" and then told one of the women to come and sit down. The workers left us in the middle of our manicure and tended to to the other two customers leaving us to sit while they crossed back and forth between us and them for over an hour and a half. Long story short, I decided to just get my nails polished and my mother ended up getting the Shellac...and sadly her nails came out like crap!! Jagged, tacky to the touch, and already wearing off at the tops. For $47 for a Shellac and a manicure...it was dreadful!! Never, ever, ever, go here...save your money and your time! read more
