I did a quick web search and realized Great Western Tire was the closest place. We pulled in with the pressure reading 15psi thinking we'd be there a while. Fast forward 20 minutes and they had the screw out, tire patched and back on in 20 minutes. We are happily cruising to our next destination and not butt puckering, waiting for a flat. When we arrived, one of their associates Jorge Rico took a look right away on their lift. He discovered we had a simple problem with a cracked plastic undermount section that was rubbing against our tire - which he fixed on the spot by securing it down. This saved our cross-country journey and we were so grateful for how they fit us in and did such efficient work and beyond reasonable. We were stranded on the highway looking for companies to help us get of the road, and we found S and M repair! The gentleman who answered the phone was very nice, he was very helpful on getting us a fair quote and had a tow truck to us in less than an hour. Gus was the tow truck driver, he was a nice guy towed us to Burlington dropped our minivan at the tire co-op. He then even gave us a ride to our hotel afterwards which I thought was above and beyond!
