I'm happy to say that my experience with Alex at Belluno's Painting was a real pleasure! The communication was amazing! Every time we had an appointment, he was there 2 minutes early and would wait for the exact time to ring my doorbell. Not sure of the last time a contractor was on time, much less show up! The exterior of my house was painted with great care and I'm loving my home again. Not only is he dedicated to quality, but one of the nicest people I've ever done business with! I also have a rental property and will surely use him again when it's in need of painting. I recommend him 100%! Thank you, Alex!!!

The contract included "REMOVING ALL HARDWARE" and using BM paint for the flat on the walls. He did the work early June 2026 in my newly remodeled 900 sq ft apt. He failed to use the BM paint I paid extra for (he would not provide a receipt for the paint after numerous requests), failed to remove hardware, failed to paint the closets, failed to paint my kitchen in semi gloss, failed to properly prep new construction... He did do a great job of getting paint on my new appliances and freshly refinished floors. I gave him the opportunity to fix his mistakes and he did return and he made a poor attempt to clean up the mess he created.

The original green paint was still showing through in multiple areas, edges were uneven, and squares were left unpainted around wall-mounted items instead of removing the hardware (which we were charged extra for). When I pointed out the visible green paint during the final walkthrough, the supervisor was incredibly dismissive and hostile, making the experience deeply uncomfortable. Days later, when we opened the closet, we found the door had been reinstalled incorrectly, pulling the baseboard away from the wall and causing structural damage. Furthermore, the crew failed to properly protect our belongings when they returned for additional coats on day 2. We found paint and dust on our furniture, and pink wall paint splatters on my electronics, black furniture, and other expensive items in the room. When I contacted the owner to resolve these issues, she refused to take responsibility because the walkthrough was signed. She went so far as to demand my private doorbell camera footage to prove no one else entered the room before she would consider returning. We ultimately had to hire a separate painting company to completely repaint the room and fix the damage, which cost us nearly half of what this company charged. I cannot recommend this business based on my experience as a real paying customer.
