Phones are actually out on display and not dummy phones which is very helpful as you can actually look at how they work. Staff are quite nice although at times it gets a bit busy but normally you won't have to wait hardly any time at all to be served.

The orange store has a very minimalistic look with not a lot inside other than a few tables dotted…read morearound the orange room. On the walls you can see the latest phones and deals and they also sell accessories such as memory cards and bluetooth headsets. The staff are really nice and will charge up your phone for you if you are on the orange network which comes in handy! You can do plenty in store like pay your bills or buy credit and there always seems to be someone ready to serve, no waiting time! They normally have catalogues to show you all the latest phones and the latest contract deals too which is very helpful if you don't have much time to stay and chat, they don't pressure you into buying anything you don't want either.
