Phones are actually out on display and not dummy phones which is very helpful as you can actually look at how they work. Staff are quite nice although at times it gets a bit busy but normally you won't have to wait hardly any time at all to be served.

That means they are still selling the same tablet KNOWING it has a fault. The 7 one I had to send back twiceat my expense.. They upgraded it. When it came back, the upgrade was useless, the market application was NOT the genuine android market , as advertised, but an inferior one and the screen was badly scratched. When it came back the next time, it worked but the market was still the inferior version. My view of Jexaa..Go to a reputable company that gives real service. I am selling them both on at a loss.beware!!!!

First few weeks they were fine, then one the screen started to freeze, at the sometime my other son broke the screen on his, it was a nightmare to get a response from Jexaa but once I did I was advised that the damage fell outside the warrenty, they couldn't fix it even with a charge. I brought it along to a local screen fixing shop who advised me the tablets were copies, it couldn't be repaired or the other one fixed as you can't get parts for copies. I went back to Jexaa, they didn't bother answering my complaint even when I got trading standards involved and threatened court action. If I took them to small claims court I would have had to pay charges and no guarantee that they would pay even if I won. I lost nearly £400 that I worked hard for, my children lost their christmas present theses people have no conscious STAY AWAY DON'T LET THEM TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!

The staff are really nice and will charge up your phone for you if you are on the orange network which comes in handy! You can do plenty in store like pay your bills or buy credit and there always seems to be someone ready to serve, no waiting time! They normally have catalogues to show you all the latest phones and the latest contract deals too which is very helpful if you don't have much time to stay and chat, they don't pressure you into buying anything you don't want either.
