I picked the most reasonable flower arrangement within budget to fit the "occasion". When my sister sent me a picture of the arrangement that was delivered today around 1pm, I was pleasantly shocked at how beautiful it was. You can see the love that was put in to this bouquet while it was being put together. Thank you for bringing my sister in law a little sunshine during a dark time.

Do NOT go to this place if you want flowers. Me, AND my partner (who the flowers were for), were…read morelargely disappointed in the product that was delivered. I live all the way across the country from my partner and wanted to send flowers for Valentine's Day- not an unreasonable request. The roses are wilted and dying, even on the day that they were delivered. The baby breath is already starting to brown and discolor. The arrangement was haphazardly put together, almost as if they had just gathered the flowers and shoved them in a vase. There are bald spots present throughout the entirety of the arrangement. There is a layer of accumulated sludge at the bottom of the vase and no one bothered to change out the water before delivery. Attached are photos of the arrangement. They were taken on the day after Valentine's Day. I used to pick dandelions for my mom when I was a kid and they lasted longer than this arrangement... I feel like this business thought they could take advantage of me, someone ordering flowers from so far away. They thought they could deliver such a poor product because they could maybe get away with it. Nope, not this time. Overall, I paid good money for a poor product. It was not done with care or thoughtfulness. I will not be purchasing any flowers or floral arrangements from this business again for any occasion, and I would not recommend this company to others.

We arrived to pick up the flowers and petals on Saturday (they aren't normally open saturdays, but told us they would be there for us to pick up the items) They never showed up. I really hope this business closes so they don't ruin anyone else's special day.

I received a thank you email with an image of the flowers and they are not even close to what I ordered!!! I called both numbers listed: 775-777-3835 and 877-535-2522 and both numbers are disconnected. I am so irate that they screwed this order up so badly...and I do not live in the state, otherwise I would go to their shop and ream someone a new one. The flowers that were delivered look like a spring bouquet, not the Celestial Love (sympathy) flowers displayed on their website. I want you to make the correct flower arrangement and deliver it to the family once again!!!! I'm scratching my head wondering how you could of screwed up such a simple order!!!
