There are simple steps a business owner can take, and one of them is not hanging up on your customer because it is the weekend, especially when you fail to advertise you only work weekends for emergencies. This yahoo was asked a simple question, and not asked to actually do any work, merely if they carried a product. Employee/owner's response I only work weekends for emergencies (in a rude, snobby, questionably sober voice); - CLICK (hangs up). Put down the booze, Bozo, and sober up...it's 9:00. It's not my fault your hungover, lazy, or incompetent, and you do not know the answer to a question in your own field of work. Customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately, YOU WON A BAD REVIEW! My recommendation: DO NOT USE ELKO LOCK and SAFE! Cheers. read more

I had locked myself out of my home today, so I called Elko Lock & Safe to come to my location and unlock my door. There was prompt response and within minutes my door was unlocked. The gentleman was very professional and performed the unlocking procedure in a workman-like manner. I highly recommend this business if you ever need help in unlocking a door. read more
