I live all the way across the country from my partner and wanted to send flowers for Valentine's Day- not an unreasonable request. The roses are wilted and dying, even on the day that they were delivered. The baby breath is already starting to brown and discolor. The arrangement was haphazardly put together, almost as if they had just gathered the flowers and shoved them in a vase. There are bald spots present throughout the entirety of the arrangement. There is a layer of accumulated sludge at the bottom of the vase and no one bothered to change out the water before delivery. Attached are photos of the arrangement. They were taken on the day after Valentine's Day. I used to pick dandelions for my mom when I was a kid and they lasted longer than this arrangement... I feel like this business thought they could take advantage of me, someone ordering flowers from so far away. They thought they could deliver such a poor product because they could maybe get away with it. Nope, not this time. Overall, I paid good money for a poor product. It was not done with care or thoughtfulness. I will not be purchasing any flowers or floral arrangements from this business again for any occasion, and I would not recommend this company to others.
