I have been going to benchwork for years my husband would always bring my watches and rings there…read moreso after he passed away I continued going there and I wouldn't bring my jewelry to anyone else I brought a watch that was for my husband that he received when he was playing football at McNeese University and this watch was over forty years old, it was dirty and it wasn't working so l brought it to Chris and explained to him that this watch was for my husband and that he had passed away and I wanted to give this to our son who is a jr and looks, walks, talks just like his daddy and as my eyes filled with tears he knew just what that watch meant to me. He said he couldn't make any promises to me and explained what work it needed but that he would do his best. He called me a week later, which is a long time for Chris and when I looked at the watch I cried again. It looked so good all clean and polished and working. He said he didn't know how long it would work but he did his best. It was still working months later when I gave it to my son and I wish Chris could have seen his face. He gave us what money couldn't buy, he gave us a little piece of my Fred that my son can touch and for that we are eternally grateful. Thank you and I pray that the Lord bless your health so that you can continue this work.
