This was the most horrible customer service I've ever received... I brought two of my rings there august 2nd to get them resized to a smaller size, and the owner told me to call back 10 days later, and they should be done. I called back after 14 days, giving her A couple more days. She was very rude and said to me that I called back too early, and told me they weren't done and to call back the next week. I called back on day 21, she had a rude attitude again and said to call back the next week, but that she will be on vacation next week and won't be in the store. after a month, we went back in and she Said they were done, but when she gave them to me, they were resized BIGGER than they were originally, and she then said that she got them mixed up with someone else's rings. At this point it's been a month and she said that they werent going to be redone for a couple more weeks due to their jewelry repair section being closed for the next 2 weeks. It is now September 30th, 2 months after I gave them to her initially, and I just got my rings back. they fit, but one of the rings, which is VERY sentimental to me, is broken. The opal stone is cracked into 3 separate pieces, and it is chipped. This interaction could NOT have gone worse, and as for the owner, she is super rude, has horrible customer service, and overall I would NOT recommend this jewelry location... definitely go somewhere else. read more
