It's a common pain medication prescribed for just about every surgery, why not have it stocked in bulk for the customers? Why are they even in business? Two days later I called back and was told I have to call corporate myself! Why couldn't they call to tell me that???!! I called corporate and was on hold for over 30 minutes. Finally I asked the gal that kept checking on me, if I could leave a message. She said no,but she could give me the direct number to the records department (1-800-287-2414). Her name is STEPHANIE and it was one of those small moments that made me think "wow, all of humanity isn't doomed after-all!" It's cold/flu season, everyone was really busy, but despite that, when it was my turn in line, she took the time to sign me up for a program through the drug manufacturer that will save me money all year long. She could have provided me the info and told me to do it for next time, she could have said nothing at all... but she didn't, she quickly put forth the extra effort and signed me up for the program on the spot! Then after they sort it all out I was told it'll be ready in 10 minutes. Finally later told the 'script is unavailable and I will have to call around to see if another pharmacy has it. Well that was a good 45 minutes wasted for nothing.
