Another company was game, but All Valley sounded more confident. Unlike these larger companies, they are a family business that makes their own calls and tries when others fear the time and liability of anything but a sure thing. This couple came in and got us out fast! We could have been there all night if not for them. They not only got the job done, but they made us laugh in the midst of it all. Dawn and Keith were so energetic, can-do, and completely positive and comforting from beginning to end. They also seemed a great couple that enjoys their work and each other. I have a very long wonderful story to tell about Akmad (spelling?) and Ibex Towing…read more Last week our truck's thermostat went out and we got stranded on a two-lane stretch of I-80/I-50 west of Sacramento with no shoulder due to the construction going on there. We sat praying there for safety until a CHP officer told us there was a safer place 50 yards ahead that we couldn't see. We were able to wait there safely. 15 minutes later Akmad showed up and towed our dead truck to Vacaville to a repair shop. When I got in our friend's car to go home, I realized I had left my expensive "purple" seat cushion and prescription sunglasses in Akmad's tow truck. I called him and he sent a photo of them there, still in his truck. I planned to pick them up next time I was in Sacramento... next week. Today Akmad called and said he was in Fairfield and offered to come to my house with my items! I live way north of the freeway and so arranged to meet him in a parking lot in town, which he did. Thank you, Akmad, for the extra care you provided for me and my family!! I can't recommend him enough!!
