In November 2024, Anthony replaced a faulty recirculation pump on myhot water heater, replaced the expansion tank and flushed the heater. He installed 3 new bathroom sink faucets and 3 pop-up drains. He removed my garbage disposal and re-plumbed under the kitchen sink. He also replaced a hose faucet that was stuck and secured the loose plumbing behind the wall. Our double kitchen sink clogged up suddenly. Would not drain. Nothing would clear it. I called several plumbers and Jetter Plumbing called me back the morning and were at the house within an hour. Steve snaked out the drain and fixed a minor leak I had caused while trying to clear pipes. He also went under the house in crawl space to check the piping and discovered rodent problems (eating insulation, droppings, and chewing HVAC duct work). Steve was great and did a great job. We had our septic tank pumped by another company. They informed us that our exit baffle, the pipe that keeps solids in the tank so they don't get into the drain field, had broken off. They quoted us $3-500 to replace the baffle. The next day their "engineer" showed up. Right off the bat he says you need a new drain field and it'll be about $25,000. He said they could inspect the drain field if we want, but it'll $1,800 to run a camera into it. Then he gave me a pamphlet for financing and told me to call him when I had the money. The next day I contacted Anthony from Jetter Plumbing and asked if he could come out seeing as we've hired him a few times before. He showed up about 3 hours later. He inspected our drain field and even helped me dig the whole to get to our junction box so his hourly charge wouldn't run over resulting in costing me more. Total cost for inspection was $390. So far he has saved me $1,410. It turned out there was a 4' section of pipe that was bowing up from a defect and needed to be replaced as well as the baffle. They did this all and more for an additional $825. Now all the repairs are done and our tank is draining properly! I cannot express how good it is to have a plumber that first off, is honest. Second, shows up same day almost every time I call him. And third, doesn't try to rip you off on pricing. Anthony and Jetter Plumbing saved me $23,785. We had a gas pipe in the way of properly installing our gas range, so we decided to give them a call. Anthony contacted me the next day and came and paid us a visit that night. Before he came I sent him a picture of the gas pipe and he gave me a quote that was very reasonable. Unfortunately, when he paid us a visit we then found out that it wasn't the gas pipe in the way of our gas range installation, but something else. None the less, Anthony got it taken care of and we were only charged for the call out fee since it was after hours. I would definitely recommend Anthony for any plumbing needs. If I could, I would give this business a minus score. A part on our hotwater heater went out and we called Jetters to have them do the repair. The person they sent out could not figure out what the problem was. That should have been my first clue that something wasnt right, but it was cold and we had been without heat because our heat is supplied by hot water through radient floor heating. A quick google search by us determined what the problem was and the part was replaced. The technician/plumber seemed to be having difficulty knowing how to hook up the part and it took a lot of time to complete the job. Immediately after he left we could smell an overpowering bad smell in our garage and called the company and was told not to worry about the smell, that it was the sealant burning off from the part. The company never sent out a technician or anyone to check to make sure that the smell was in fact caused by the sealant. To make a long and horrific story short, my husband and I left for the day and we returned home all three of our french bulldog fur babies were dead. We were absolutely devastated and heartsick. We did not have a carbon minoxide detector in our home, but our son suspecting that this could have been the issue brought one to us and immediately upon entering the house it began screaming. We called the fire department and high levels of carbon minoxide were found throughout our whole house! We could have lost our lives as well! We called another plumbing company out to detrmine what had occurred and learned that the Jetters plumber had hooked up our blower incorrectly and carbon minoxide was blowing out into our garage and not venting outside. What kind of plumber doesn't know how to hook up the blower properly! Any company that has staff doing this kind of work working with propane and Natural Gas appliances should only hire extremely experienced personnel as lives are at risk! When we contacted the company we didnt even get an apology for the death of our beloved dogs! No offer to compensate us in anyway for the death of our dogs or even the repair costs to have a other plumber out to fix their error. I would not use this company if you value you life! read more

Lost hot water at our house, he was able to come out same day. Waited for our landlord to go get a replacement water heater & got it installed. It was a long appointment, they worked later than their regular hours & we really appreciated it!!!! Professional & prompt, answered his phone when I called & answered again when I called back!
