This location is terrible. Sent me home with the wrong pizza, when I called to tell them the man I talked to wanted me to bring back the pizza I had at my house so he could give it back to another customer... ewww. I Returned to the location for the second time to get the pizza I actually ordered... like I have time to be running back and fourth all day? Person in charge tells me he will credit me with a free pizza for the mishap, and was clearly very annoyed, like it was my fault they gave me the wrong pizza. Called back a month later to get my free pizza, and the guy never gave me a credit and owner said no on the free pizza. Done with that place. I did the new text to order for my 5 items. One of them came back wrong in the text so I called up there to change the sauce for my wings and confirm the rest of my order. Once I got there to pick it up the only thing they had on my entire order was the , no pizzas nothing. I waited in my vehicle for them to make everything else and when I went back in I had a guy walk up behind me saying he got the wrong order. They gave him my order and when I complained that it needed to be remade because it had already left the store I was treated rudely and told that my only option was to take the food that the other customer returned. I ordered a large pizza - it was BURNT. Called the store and the store Manager said they'd send another pizza of which I was appreciative till we saw hair baked right into the cheese. DISGUSTING! Went to pick up pizza order and noticed 4 out of 6 of the kitchen staff were not wearing their face masks properly while preparing the food. One under the chin and the rest under their noses. Asked for a manager so I could complain about what I saw and he was wearing his mask the same way. He said it was hot in the kitchen and they were allowed to wear their masks this way. Never ever had a pizza that wasn't delicious. Never had my order wrong either. Since they opened we've enjoyed their pizza and salads . The Detroit style with pepperoni and mushrooms is my favorite. The crust is crunchy on the edges but not overdone. Might have to get one today. read more

I normally don't complain, and understand things happen. But this is the third time we've tried to order from them since moving to this area and it's been horrible. We ordered a large pizza and bacon/jalapeño Jets Bread. It took an hour and 30 minutes to arrive and it was cold. It looked like it was already a day old. But we were starving having waited so long. Yeah, it was not good. The pizza didn't even have enough cheese there were tons of spots just sauce. They forgot our flavored crust. The jets bread had barely and cheese on it and tasted like cardboard. It was like eating days old pizza that had been left out. We LOVE jets normally. Jets pizza, you have irked my evening and I am having an issue attempting to have you understand that you are not getting it right. We order a pizza and give instructions that we, as normal individuals, understand that it is as easy as no pickle on a hamburger. We constantly as that only half of out pizza has onions. What do you do. Forget that?! You read it back to us, we all listened on speaker making sure that you understood. I could hear the sincere smile as you repeated it. Half onion. The only request on a simple pizza. My daughter spent the night. Picking every onion off her slices. She never said anything to me. This location is doing nothing about social distancing. The waiting area was packed with people who could have been waiting in their car if the employees had been trained to call people on the phone instead of making them wait inside to get their order. They were running 45 minutes behind but kept telling customers it would be 15 minutes more. How are they allowed to be open like this? read more

Jet's Pizza was a convenient choice, near another store that had a needed item for the family dog. Jet's has a good number of coupons/specials ... we went for the Jet 10 with Mozzarella Cheese, Pepperoni, Ham, Mushrooms, Onions, Green Peppers, Hamburger, Italian Sausage, Bacon, and Black Olives. The deep dish crust seemed like the obvious choice ... what other crust could hold up all of those toppings? It took about 15-20 minutes, and pizza satisfaction was ready. The pizza was well baked and the sauce plentiful, giving a nice toasted yet saucy base to a topping filled, cheesy pizza. In a land full of Little Caesars, Hungry Howies, and Domino's, Jet's Pizza offers a better than average option for a quick pizza. read more

Hair in food. I found several black hairs in a pizza on July 6 ordered for pickup. They were literally baked into the cheese as if placed on purpose. The clerk working there had dark thick hair and was rude when I asked about placing an order online when I stopped in so ended up placing by phone. It was disgusting. Not trying to get a freebie. I don't plan on giving this location my business again. We ordered one jet boat, one deli boat, and three subs and a couple side of ranch. Get our order home and they gave us a pepperoni pizza we didn't order (my dad picked up the order and wasn't sure what all we had ordered) NO ranch, and the steak and cheese sub had no cheese and the meat looked and tasted like beef jerky. We called at 1220 to tell them our order was wrong and asked if they could deliver the steak and cheese sub and some ranch. We live about 15 minutes from the restaurant. They agreed. At 1245 I called to ask them if the driver had left yet and they said yes about 3 minutes ago. Okay no problem. The driver arrived at our house at 110. Almost an hour after we called to have the order fixed. Our subs had gone cold, and the new steak sub looked just as awful as the first. I have never had a Jet's Pizza that I didn't like. My family has tried many of the local pizza places and Jet's Pizza remains our favorite. We always get a traditional round pepperoni pizza. But if you want to switch it up, I recommend their BBQ chicken pizza. I normally wouldn't trust a pizza delivery place to make a good BBQ chicken pizza, but Jet's nailed it. They are almost always under their given 45 minute wait time for delivery and the pizza always "hot off the oven" good when it arrives. read more

I tried using this location once a week for a month or two to have some pizzas for a once a week meeting that I host. I asked that the food be delivered at a certain time, which I didn't think was an unreasonable request as I was less than 10 minutes away. Each time the food arrived at a completely different time, sometimes up to 35 minutes early and would be cold before the meeting would start. Other times it would come 30 minutes late while we had begun our meeting. Not once did they get it right in all the times that I tried. As of right now I've been waiting over an hour for a small pizza, salad, and pop. An order that should have taken less than 20 minutes to square away on a Tuesday night. Worst jets around. Have had numerous bad experiences from burnt pizza to wrong order. But, tonight experience tops them all! Called spoke to Jordon who didn't seem to know too much. Ordered the deep dish duo with cheese dip. Was told 8.48 and 25 minutes. Drive there went to pay blond girl told me 13 something NO sorry was told 8.48 she then yelled to a Dennis to make sure Borden tells right prices turns to me says " I can't give it to you for that the crust alone is blah blah. You can't honor a price given? So asked for owners number REFUSED to give it. Jets has the best Pizza hands down! They are always on time and our food is never cold. If you have never had Jets I highly recommend the BBQ Chicken pizza or the BLT. Only down side to the BLT is that it doesn't make for great leftovers :/ Not to worry though, you won't have any! read more

A little upset and disappointed. I went in tonight to get slices which they didn't have so I took advantage of their special and ordered a small pizza. I was told 10-15 min wait. Which seemed a bit long since I was told 8 minutes for the slices to be up (basically what I had ordered). So I waited and after 25 minutes got a little annoyed and stood closer to the wall to see if maybe they didn't think I was here (although for a few minutes I was the only one waiting) another 5 minutes passed and my pizza was finally done. I get back to work and open the box and it looks like it's older, it's completely dried out as far as the toppings they look like they were dehydrated, the cheese isn't even covering the pizza, it's not hot at all, and it's just a very horribly made pizza. I honestly feel like they didn't see me waiting there and had left it in their heat box because it's nothing like what I usually get. I understand it was busy but seriously this was a total waste of money and my lunch break. I've not had an issue much before but this was pretty ridiculous especially because of the long wait. read more

I ordered home delivery of a Greek salad, chicken wings, and a boat sandwhich. Jets did not deliver the salad even though I paid for it. They would not refund the money for the salad. There are too many pizza joints around to pull stunts like that. I will never buy food from Jets again. read more

Horrible service. Was told 25 minutes for one large pizza and breadsticks. My wife arrives 35 minutes after the order is placed and it is not ready yet. I will give the benefit of the doubt of 10 or so minutes behind. Almost an hour and a half later pizza is still not ready. Asked for refund and they kept assuring me it was on its way out. This JEt's pizza on Dixie used to be our all time favorite Pizza in Waterford. Something changed within the last 6 months or so though. Seems like a complete staff turn over?? Unsure but pizza quality is way down. Often over cooked and dry, skimping on the ingredients. We always "pick up" too so it should be fresh out of the oven, But mostly it tastes "old". Darn I miss the old Jets. We've had to find another pizza place. read more
