Stopped in to grab some slices for my kids and Kyle was the perfect example of great customer service.

I don't know what is going on over there but we ordered pizza that was supposed to be done in 20 minutes and an hour and a half later, still waiting. This was a pickup order, not delivery so no excuses. Numerous people came and went with their food while we stood waiting. They took their time telling us it was bread not getting put in but pretty sure it doesn't take over an hour to make bread after they are told we are there to pick up our order. read more

the pizza is the (bomb) it so delicious!!! the service is good. I love how the colors are Italia. the place feels like the olden days.

We live in the land of "No Delivery Service" from any place so often times when we want pizza, we drive up to Jet's! They have a lunch special which is 2 slices and a 20 ounce pop for $5.00! In Battle Creek -- Jet's is THEE BEST pizza in town! We have tried all the local pizza places, and Jet's beats the all. In fact, we think Jet's is so good that we are willing to eat in our car because the ones in Kalamazoo and Battle Creek are all take out places -- no dine in. When we get pizza at other places, we always get multiple toppings. At Jet's -- a pepperoni deep dish pizza -- that's all I need! I don't need extra toppings to make the pizza taste good. The only way they could improve is if they had some tables so you could dine in. read more

Jet's Pizza - Jets. It's just good pizza - Pizza Near Me - Portage, Michigan

We were wanting pizza different from our usual (why? IDK!) So we chose to have Jet's delivered. I'm not sure we got our order - we weren't sure about one pizza. It was all quite greasy, which wasn't the different we were looking for, but it's all about personal preference. So Jets isn't going to become our go-to pizza place, but that's ok! read more

Jet's Pizza - Ordered NY veg pizza, deep dish pepperoni & bread stix. We got cheese (is that NY? No veg?) and the rest - quite greasy, but yummy. - Pizza Near Me - Portage, Michigan

Been eating pizza from this location for years and have always been happy with the pizza. Tonight was an exception. Not cooked as ordered and sparsely covered with cheese or sauce. Totally missed the mark on this. read more

Family feeding frenzy for Jet's Pizza! Been ordering up takeout from this shop for many years and have a few good words for all the meals family-shared at our home. The pizzas have been pretty consistant in good quality and taste after many orders. I do not expect wonders here but rather quantity and quality for my children and granchildren which has been delivered. Pretty good for takeout! read more

I've got to be honest, the man doing curbside service could have been more friendly. After calling 7 times to let them know I was here for curbside service and getting a busy dial, I peeked my head in to say I was here and that their line wasn't working. The man immediately met me with a scold, wouldn't listen to me, and told me to call the number. I went back to my car and called another five times to get through. Another man answered, I told him I was here for pick up, he said "OK, number 96. Got it!" And hung up... Five minutes later, the guy came out, stood by my door and said "name" and wrote on a piece of paper... Another five minutes later the guy came out with my pizza and said nothing. I get the new situations are rough, but have a little care. Pizza was fine, but it took me 20 minutes past my online pick up time to get it. read more

Sometimes we just want to get a quick take out pizza and go home and watch the college football playoffs on a TV. For that we need a pizza chain. And of all of the pizza chains (e.g., Dominos, Pizza Hut, Little Caesars, Papa Johns, Papa Murphy's), if we are looking for thick crust or deep dish, then we go to Jet's. And in Kalamazoo, we go to the Portage site. The Gull Road and Stadium Drive sites have pizza and service that are just too variable. read more

Sometimes it's so hard to get away from your comfort places and try new pizza. Especially when you move states. Jet's Pizza did NOT disappoint and is now one of my favorite pizza places!!! That deep dish pizza is to absolutely die for! The crust is always perfectly crispy and the sauce/cheese ratio are killer. read more

I always get the same thing. A DEEP DISH pizza! If I don't get a BBQ chicken deep dish I always get a regular deep dish pizza. Haven't tried a regular round pizza but the thickness taste and softness of the bread is all I need in a pizza. This does it for me, can't ask for more. read more

Great Detroit style pizza and Greek salads I was in town for a meeting and tried it. Very good

We orders a square veggie as well as a thin crust veggie pizza with a Greek salad and it was all delicious. If you haven't had Jets before it's definitely worth a try because it never disappoints! read more

Kind of disappointed with this visit, today. I ordered the "Mediterranean Pizza." Previous experience and the limited time offer, both showed feta cheese sprinkled on top. So delicious. Today, none, zero, zip, feta visible or tasted. Called and spoke with manager. He indicated I made your pizza myself, feta is under mozzarella and tomatoes." ??? Very disappointed! read more

No one was wearing masks or gloves. The man who rang up my order put on a mask as he came to the front but the mask didn't even cover his nose. The two other employees I ran into were rude and had no interest in bringing my order to the front. I normally love the pizza here but the attitude of the staff and lack of PPE makes me question whether I will order from this location again. read more

Some how We always end up popping in here heading back to Chicago. Jets Pizza is one of the iconic Michigan things that almost every town has. It's really great pizza with a crust that is crisped up by the deep pan. It's a very bready pizza but that's part of its charm. It's he closest thing to Loui's pizza in Hazel Park getting franchised. I'm glad they're starting to pop up here in Chicago too. This location always has good service. read more

So disappointed in jets pizza. I have been supporting jets throughout the pandemic and appreciated the curbside pickup. Today I went in to pick up my pizzas only to find the worker not wearing a mask . He did not wash his hands in between customers nor wipe the counter down. There was no hand sanitizer visible and nothing about staying apart. When I asked the kid about wiping things down he looked at me like he had no idea he should be sanitizing still. I have even been tipping extra so I'm very upset to find out they don't value my health and safety. You lost my business. read more

UNSAFE. No masks, no gloves. Only the cashier was wearing a mask and then taking it off when she walked back to the food. The people making the food didn't have masks OR GLOVES and no social distancing applied whatsoever. 15 people in a 10 x 10 room. No sanitizing the only pen they had out to sign receipts. And was told they're not required to wear masks. Very disappointed. read more

I ordered pizza and breadsticks online. It said 25 min for pick up and once we arrived they said they were running 15-20 behind. They couldn't have emailed me that? After sitting another 30 min waiting (now 55 min total) we found out it was sitting back there the entire time and they forgot. We won't be going back. read more

I had a wonderful experience at Jets. The food was delicious but even more important was the customer service. This young lady Tiffany was extremely helpful, friendly and sweet. She went out of her way to guide me through the menu and make sure I was getting the most for my dollar. She was a very lovely lady and definitely the prettiest pizza girl I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Note to management:whatever you have to do, keep Tiffany! She is an asset and will keep me coming back for years to come and I have never been convicted of stalking any Jets Pizza employees, not ever!! read more

I usually don't like to comment on big chains but this place was great. The food was as expected but I had a great worker last time. The place had a short or something for the ovens so when I arrived the ovens were still warming up after causing the problem. As a former waiter I didn't make a big deal out of it but he gave us a free pizza later and seemed really worried about it. We have him a pep talk about how it's "just pizza we will live" and he was as friendly as could be. Wish I had that kind of work ethic when I was 20... read more
