I don't know what is going on over there but we ordered pizza that was supposed to be done in 20 minutes and an hour and a half later, still waiting. This was a pickup order, not delivery so no excuses. Numerous people came and went with their food while we stood waiting. They took their time telling us it was bread not getting put in but pretty sure it doesn't take over an hour to make bread after they are told we are there to pick up our order. read more

We live in the land of "No Delivery Service" from any place so often times when we want pizza, we drive up to Jet's! They have a lunch special which is 2 slices and a 20 ounce pop for $5.00! In Battle Creek -- Jet's is THEE BEST pizza in town! We have tried all the local pizza places, and Jet's beats the all. In fact, we think Jet's is so good that we are willing to eat in our car because the ones in Kalamazoo and Battle Creek are all take out places -- no dine in. When we get pizza at other places, we always get multiple toppings. At Jet's -- a pepperoni deep dish pizza -- that's all I need! I don't need extra toppings to make the pizza taste good. I've got to be honest, the man doing curbside service could have been more friendly. After calling 7 times to let them know I was here for curbside service and getting a busy dial, I peeked my head in to say I was here and that their line wasn't working. The man immediately met me with a scold, wouldn't listen to me, and told me to call the number. I went back to my car and called another five times to get through. Another man answered, I told him I was here for pick up, he said "OK, number 96. Got it!" And hung up... Five minutes later, the guy came out, stood by my door and said "name" and wrote on a piece of paper... Another five minutes later the guy came out with my pizza and said nothing. I always get the same thing. A DEEP DISH pizza! If I don't get a BBQ chicken deep dish I always get a regular deep dish pizza. Haven't tried a regular round pizza but the thickness taste and softness of the bread is all I need in a pizza. This does it for me, can't ask for more. read more

No one was wearing masks or gloves. The man who rang up my order put on a mask as he came to the front but the mask didn't even cover his nose. The two other employees I ran into were rude and had no interest in bringing my order to the front. I normally love the pizza here but the attitude of the staff and lack of PPE makes me question whether I will order from this location again. read more

Some how We always end up popping in here heading back to Chicago. Jets Pizza is one of the iconic Michigan things that almost every town has. It's really great pizza with a crust that is crisped up by the deep pan. It's a very bready pizza but that's part of its charm. It's he closest thing to Loui's pizza in Hazel Park getting franchised. So disappointed in jets pizza. I have been supporting jets throughout the pandemic and appreciated the curbside pickup. Today I went in to pick up my pizzas only to find the worker not wearing a mask . He did not wash his hands in between customers nor wipe the counter down. There was no hand sanitizer visible and nothing about staying apart. When I asked the kid about wiping things down he looked at me like he had no idea he should be sanitizing still. I have even been tipping extra so I'm very upset to find out they don't value my health and safety. You lost my business. read more

UNSAFE. No masks, no gloves. Only the cashier was wearing a mask and then taking it off when she walked back to the food. The people making the food didn't have masks OR GLOVES and no social distancing applied whatsoever. 15 people in a 10 x 10 room. No sanitizing the only pen they had out to sign receipts. I ordered pizza and breadsticks online. It said 25 min for pick up and once we arrived they said they were running 15-20 behind. They couldn't have emailed me that? After sitting another 30 min waiting (now 55 min total) we found out it was sitting back there the entire time and they forgot. We won't be going back. read more

Not the cheapest, but definitely the best pizza in the area! We cant resist the 8 corner pizza! Delivery is expensive and it isnt always delivered super hot, so we try and pick up when we can. Getting hungry just thinking about it! read more

I had a wonderful experience at Jets. The food was delicious but even more important was the customer service. This young lady Tiffany was extremely helpful, friendly and sweet. She went out of her way to guide me through the menu and make sure I was getting the most for my dollar. She was a very lovely lady and definitely the prettiest pizza girl I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Note to management:whatever you have to do, keep Tiffany! She is an asset and will keep me coming back for years to come and I have never been convicted of stalking any Jets Pizza employees, not ever!! read more

I usually don't like to comment on big chains but this place was great. The food was as expected but I had a great worker last time. The place had a short or something for the ovens so when I arrived the ovens were still warming up after causing the problem. As a former waiter I didn't make a big deal out of it but he gave us a free pizza later and seemed really worried about it.
