I got it, lets try it and rate it 1-10. Customer service: I ordered online, I chose to pay cash for pick up. When I arrived there was less than a 1 minute wait for my turn to checkout and my pizza was done at the exact time I asked it to be completed. I noticed the lady running the counter was a little rude to her employees, I wished she was a bit kinder. She asked me not to pay cash because she was counting the drawrer. The other employee I met was extremely nice, when I asked about dressing because I forgot to add it, the employee immediately asked me which dressing I would like, and rebagged it up for me with the dressing. Pizza: HOLY SMOKES. This was the best Detroit style pizza I have had in Florida- ESPECIALLY for the price. The cheese was so melty. I had to include a video because I was mind blown. Taste was absolutely incredible! The ingredients were so fresh and flavorful. I ordered the 4 corner pizza with pepperoni and added tomatoes and jalepeños. Salad: WOW WOW WOW! Usually salads at pizza restaurants are so basic but this was far from basic. I ordered the Greek salad. It had olives, pepperchinis, tomato, onion, cheese, and beats. The beats were a unique touch. I really enjoyed all of the extra flavors. I didn't have a single piece of brown lettuce- it even lasted the next day. The grape tomatoes were soooo good! The dressing was high quality and came on the side. This is more of a takeout ambiance. There weren't many tables available and no one was in there sitting at 6:15PM on a Monday. Let me start out by saying that I love the deep dish pizza... usually. I walked in & I ordered my usual Lg with chicken & pineapple. I placed the order. I paid for the order. The "manager" that took my order at the counter put my son's name on the order, not mine. This shouldn't have been a problem, except that my account didn't get the rewards/points & I am highly allergic to green peppers, which is noted on my account. Needless to say, there were several green peppers on my pizza but I didn't see them all & the oil or juice from the peppers was baked into it. I was sick for hours because of Cross-contamination! I submitted a review & the owner answered it, providing me with his phone number. I called him, we talked about the problem, but this was not the 1st time for the same mistakes. He said in his answer, that I would be compensated (how do you compensate someone for making them vomit for hours?), but I haven't seen anything yet. Maybe when/if I order again, it'll show up. However, his answer contained several incorrect items, including, but not limited to: #1 I placed & paid for the order #2. The "manager" that took my order, & my money, never asked for my phone number or my name There are more, but you get the picture?! I've posted before about this pizzeria. It's a franchise like papa John's and dominos pizza. If you like those pizzas then you will find Jets very good but if you are accustomed to hand made pizza from a pizzeria then Jets is NOT the place to go. The owner is very nice and willing to accommodate you however I wish I had the opportunity to meet him before he invested in a pizza place like this As far as his Detroit style pie I can not say but I will say that near me is a pizzeria that won 3rd place NATIONALLY for its Detroit style pie and it's amazing.
